I try to purchase redmi note 7 pro on 10 april amount rs 16999 account no [protected] this order has not placed successful by your technical error and till now its 15 days over i'll did not get my refund for this transaction id utr no[protected] i'll contact phone pay and phonpay told me that from our end your amount has been successfully credited to flipkart but i dont know what happen till now i' ll did not get my order i am sending the recipt or successful transaction from phonepay i want my refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 29, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however, the order was not confirmed. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the amount was not received by the seller. Hence, requested customer to contact phonepe for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.
