I have received the laptop on july 4th on the same day i have placed a request for return due to defect in display. It is mentioned in the app that the technician visit will be done by 9th july. Meanwhile the flipkart technical team contacted me and told me some troubleshooting steps but they didn't work. They also told that as mentioned in app or as told by toll-free number of flipkart the technician will not visit me from flipkart side. So they told me to contact the brand regarding this and they will process the return if the brand agrees. They also told that they will process the return from their side if the brand didn't send technician by july10. But the technician hasn't visited me by that date. The flipkart technical team stopped contacting me from that day. The technician from lenovo has visited me on july 12 and told me that there is problem with display and you can replace it as it is a hardware problem. I have informed the same to flipkart customer care. But they have cancelled the return request and i have kept a new return request today. The toll free number people are telling again that tech visit will be done again. Already the engineer from company visited me and he gave me a report. So i want it to be replaced immediately, then what is need if tech visit again. I want to talk with flipkart tech team... I the replacement to be processed immediately.
