[Resolved]  Flipkart — i'm complaining about the fraud scheme being run by flipkart in the name of jeeves one year completed protection plan.

I had purchased poco f1 from flipkart last year. Flipkart asked me to buy 1 year complete mobile protection by jeeves for rs 999. I purchased it so that it could cover insurance of my phone.
The screen of my phone cracked in november. Since then i was trying to contact flipkart for the replacement of screen as promised under the protection scheme. However, they kept on fooling me by telling to call[protected], saying it was the customer care number for jeeves. But on calling this number, i found that this is the number assigned to ultratech cement. I raised multiple complaints in flipkart but nobody provided the exact solution. Today it is 11th of february. My insurance plan covers only till 13th february. I'm raising a complaint against this before only because i know after 13th they would blame me. Kindly, look into this issue and make a penalty against flipkart for looting customers.
