Hi Team, I am arun kumar, and since 10 years i am flipkart customer. When i was trying to login in flipkart portal suddenly i was getting default error message "your filpkart account has been blocked please contact our customer support to fix this", after that i connected with customer care for this issue and explain the issue with support executive, but they were told me that they will forward my complain to respective team and they will reply me after 72 Hrs. but i didn't received any mail or call, then i called again to customer care for this issue but still they given me same response, we are forwarding you complain to respective team and they will reply within 72 Hrs. same this happen 5 times with me, but i didn't receive any mail or call, then they reply me the reason for account block "your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected irregularities in payment method used for this order" And i have checked from my side no order cancelled from my account and no irregular transaction done from my account. after that i connect with customer care for this mail and asked then which order has been cancelled from my account they are not able to answered me, and they told me again and again awe can't do anything, but they are not able to clear me, even i am not able to download my invoice also because of that i am unable to gets repair my product (room heater) which i was ordered some time back and it was in warranty period but last date is also exceeded for repairing, and i loss around 1300 rs, because o[censored]navailability of invoice. Also i told them please analysis the technical level might be technical team have done or software issue, because same issue facing most of the customer i have seen in social media also, but they are not agree with that and they just told me sorry. becuase their sorry word can not fill my loss of 1300 rs. After that i connected in social group "Flipkart page", they also told me that they will look at my issue and they will revert me after 72 hours, but no response from their side.
@flipkart response again and again my order cancelled due to invailed transaction, thats y they have blocked my account,
I want to know which order no you have cancelled, give me the order no, date of cancelled and transaction which is invalid.
many times i have asked and they denied to respond me. Requesting you to help on priority.
