Flipkart — I'm complaining about the misbehaviour of the delivery agent twice

So one year ago i ordered something from Flipkart but when the parcel came nobody was at my home so I cancelled it . Then later I ordered it again, when the parcel came I was in my office and i was going to be home in 15 minutes. So I asked that delivery guy if he can come tomorrow or later that same day he said no he said why do u even order if you don't wanna take it ...i said I'm not home I'm in my office...he said where is your office...i said don't come to my office it's not allowed in here to take parcels and orders...he said I was not gonna come i was just asking ( why bother asking) and he was speaking in very harsh tone. Then when I came home in 15 minutes I went to take parcel and he said to me...what kinda life You r living scared and all ..he made those remarks while I was on the call with the sir from my office . I didn't say anything. Then yesterday it was the same man who came to deliver...but this time the parcel was not mine it was my brother's and i knew nothing about it ... So delivery agent called and said ur parcel is here...I asked them how much does it costs...he said 700 but my brother said it's only 200 .. I asked him no it's only 200...i didn't have 700 so asked him to cancel...he said come down here then cancel...even when he just needed the code..he said to come where he is...( To scold me ) I went there and he had the parcel of 200 only...he lied to me tricked me to come there...so he can scold him for cancelling the orders and not picking up the call
