Flipkart — IMEI validation error during product exchange

As checked, it's not the first time a user is facing this issue. I am trying to avail an exchange offer in Flipkart, but every time I enter my phone's IMEI no. it says, "IMEI number does not match with SAMSUNG Galaxy A52s". Wherein I know that it's the correct/valid IMEI no. This has been reported by many users here but Flipkart is yet to fix this issue. PFA the screenshot for review with the IMEI no.
