Flipkart — IMEI verification failed for the mobile purchased on flipkart

I purchased a Motorola Edge 60 Pro from Flipkart earlier, and I have the invoice, order history, and matching IMEI proof. During a recent exchange offer for Vivo X200T, Flipkart’s exchange system rejected the IMEI verification despite the device being genuine and originally sold by Flipkart itself.

I raised a complaint with Flipkart support, but the issue was not resolved. Since the same company sold the device earlier and now fails to recognize its IMEI during exchange, this appears to be a backend/exchange partner verification issue and deficiency in service.

I request intervention for proper resolution and compensation for the failed exchange offer.
