The product was scheduled to be delivered on *27th September, but shockingly, the delivery was **falsely marked as rescheduled “as per customer request”* — which is a complete lie. I have *never requested any reschedule, nor have I received a single call, message, or attempt from the delivery personnel. The delivery executive **did not contact me even once*, nor did they seek my consent for any change.
Adding to this frustration, I have contacted your customer support *multiple times, only to receive copy-paste responses like, *“We are working to resolve your issue in 48 hours.” Despite the repeated 48-hour windows given, the issue *remains unresolved* even after several days. Your team’s lack of ownership and failure to act decisively is completely unacceptable.
The delivery has already been delayed *over a week, and the installation was scheduled for **1st October*, which is also missed due to this incompetence. I am losing both time and money due to your service failure.
### I demand the following:
1. *Immediate delivery of my order* without any further delay.
2. *Strict action* against the delivery agent and logistics team responsible for the false update.
3. *Escalation of this issue to a senior authority* for review and resolution.
4. *Compensation* for the delay and inconvenience caused, if not resolved immediately.
