And got installed by flipkart team. On[protected] the above appliance had developed some trouble and stopped working, and i have registered a complaint with carrier customer care on 17nov17. The service engineer on visit has reported that the problem has occured due to improper installation and the hole on the wall made for accessing the gas pipes was not covered from the rats entry into indoor unit and the indoor unit fan motor, swing motors were damaged by the rats and voids the warranty cover. Is it the quality of installation service offered to customers approaching with faith Your immediate kind attention is requested to get the above problem rectified by carrier authorised service centre with flipkart cost as the problem has occured due to flipkart installation team only.
