[Resolved]  Flipkart — in proper taking of customer care representative

I have a order in Flipkart (OD[protected]. I paid the full amount on purchasing date. But I didn't get the product after 15 days. My delivery date was 16-august-2019. Now it is 20-august-2019. Not yet received the product.
When I talk to customer care executive he was talking bad way. His name was bilal.my contact number is [protected].

Very bad service compare to Amazon. They are showing time deli
