Hi,

I have been calling and writing emails from last two months i. E from the
Month of may,
I have mailed many times and escalated the issue but there is no
Satisfactory response form flip-kart's back end team, when ever i have
Called every customer support executive understood the issue properly and
Always found my concern as a genuine one, they always escalated it to the
Back-end team, but the the back end always rejected the escalations and
Sends a same vague reply every time.
I have order few products on 19th of may :
1) od[protected] : 7 products (Shoes and clothes)
2) od[protected] : 7 products (Clothes)

This order id has 7 items and out of them it has 3 jockey track pants od[protected] from which i have only received one trackpant, the package was very small and has only one trackpant and it's invoice claims it has three trackpants, i have called flipkart team in the month of may for this issue and they assured me that my pending order will be delivered in 3-4 days, and afterwards instead of sending me the products. My account was blocked, for which they give a reason that:

"our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns"

I have been claiming for my genuine products which i have not received,
Even out of the order id's have mentioned which has 14 products in
Total (7+7), only one item was returned and 2 items were replacements for
Size change.
I have been mailing and calling from over two months now, i have also sent
Mails to grievance. [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com with
Subject line:

*incomplete order received | account blocked with inappropriate reasons.*

But didn't received any reply from these, though i have received same
Reply from backend team.

Also, i have attached few photo's of the package carrying jockey products.
(Please notice that courier package is very small and it can hold only one
Product, how will it carry 3, as the invoice claims.)

I am asking for the products which i have not received either by refund or by the sending the products ordered. Also out of the order id's i have mentioned almost 50 % of the products are fake and defective i have to return that also, since my account is blocked i can't even return that also,

I have asked the flipkarts backend team to call on my number, but didn't received any call till now.

Flipkart has 30 day return policy over fashion and lifestyle (Clothes and shoes)
I have asked for return under that policy, and there is no extra clause on that which i am not able to fulfil, i am not sure why flipkart is doing injustice to me.

Hi,

I have provided all the details, and this reply from flipkart is totally vague and factless, I have only returned one product out of the order id's mentioned and two products were for replacement(size change).
While i am asking for the items which i have paid for:
1) Ordered 3 jockey track-pants, recieved only one. (prepaid order)
2)when flipkart say's high number of returns i have countered that statement also.
3)when flipkart has a 30 day return policy without any clause to restrict the number of returns, and all returns made under compliance with policies, instead flipkart should work upon quality of the products they deliver, although i have not made much returns, but as per policy i can return every product if found not suitable for use.
4) The order id's mentioned above has other 5 products which are fake / defective i.e not suitable for my use stuck with me, i am not able to return that also, since my account is inappropriately blocked.
5) i have ordered few products on cash on delivery, which were not delivered to me because flipkart's backend team has blocked my account meanwhile.

I have wasted more than 3 months to explain this to many flipkarts executives, they understood the issue, but flipkarts backend team always replies with the same vague and fact less answer.
This is harassment and one sided judgement, i have asked there team concerned over the matter to call me and better understand the issue, no call received till now. this clearly proves their fraudulent intentions.

if flipkart's backend team want's to discuss product specific returns also, for previous orders, i am ready for that also.
I can bash them with genuine and valid proof's and can prove how fraud and in genuine activities are done by flipkart.

    I ordered redmi 7s from flipkart on 9 august 2019 and as per delivery schedule it was suppose to be delivered on 12th august 2019. As it was not delivered on 12th, on 13th i called customer care for enqury. They said due to some technical issue it was not delivered till now and they have forwarded the issue to technical team. Technical team didn't replied anything. After posting on there social media page on 16th august, they called me and said your order was placed but not processed, kindly cancel the order. I refused as its already 4 days gone and if i cancel the order i will also loose the 10â„… discount which was availed in sale period. Now i am not getting any response from flipkart, just getting false assurance of issue resolution. My order i'd is order id - od[protected].

        Flipkart delivery agent rejected a handset which was meant to be given in exchange policy. He said flipkart has trained them to reject phones and get full money. When i cancelled my order saying i will not pay anything, he neither gave me the new phone nor flipkart returned back the money i paid using credit card in advance. The order was supposed to be delivered on 15th. The order as per their site is still yet to be delivered.
        After many calls on their toll free number and many tweets also, i haven't got any resolution except for the false promise of someone will call you in 24hrs. Sadly flipkart's 24hrs is more than 100hrs.
        Flipkart rejected the exchange handset for no good reason and also doesn't bother to refund my money. Called them to ask for a mail id where i can send them the photos of my old phone (Which they asked for), they say they don't know the mail id and the authorized team will call me for it. Haven't received any calls from anyone till date. They fail to provide a basic information about where can i mail them the pictures of my handset.
        Rakhi gift has turned out to be a big pain now. Thanks to flipkart and their false advertising about easy exchange policy.
        Noticed the same complain by many other customers on twitter. Flipkart is trying to loot people by fooling them about their exchange policy. No use being flipkart plus member.

          I have placed an order for sofa set on 15th august, 11:56 pm, flipkart order id: od[protected],
          And order is just approved now and seller is still not started processing my order not even it is packed or shipped but when i tried to cancel my order it is saying you can't cancel this order.

          I tried my best to cancel my order but flipkart is not cancelling it and talks about some policy which i didn't even see while purchasing the item. I trusted flipkart and made a mistake.

          I have also contacted to flipkart customer care but they said they can't help in this.in flipkart cancellation policy it is clearly mentioned below:

          How do i cancel an order?

          You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

          In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

          Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

          In order to cancel an item in your order:

          Log into your flipkart account and go to the 'my orders' page
          Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'view details' link
          In the detailed order page, you will see 'cancel' links against each of the items in that order
          Click on the 'cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
          Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
          _

          But they denied to cancel the order even they have mentioned this in policy.

          I request flipkart to cancel and refund.

          Please help me to cancel this order.

            Name of the company - flipkart product/ service type - online date of purchase/transaction - reference no -[protected] refund amount – 8499/- present status – consumer said that placed the order from this company after that returned his order and then refunded his amount from this co0mpnay to his bank account but after that amount was not transferred his account from 1 month and then he contacted to the bank branch they are told our branch is merged so did not received his amount.

              flipkart denied to cancel my order even it is not processed, packed and shipped

              My account is disabled for ever as i ordered rakhi, sweets and chocolates on account of rakshabandan for my brother who stays in banglore from hyderabad.

              The reason flipkart stated is : the order is not intended for personal use.

              What sort of intelligence does flipkart systems use to say that i have order not for my personal use?

              I raised a incident with flipkart support. These people are so dumb that. No mater what you ask they copy paste the same text as a reply.

              I urge flipkart to re activate my account as there is no proper reason for my deactivation.

              List the items which I purchased !
              I paid for two orders which have been cancelled by seller. No refund is given till now. To the top of this u block my account giving a vague answer.

                I have ordered one mobile on 8th august & paid the amout online only

                It was shown it will get delivered by 12th which was expected for me to give someone a gift

                Now today is 18th august i have been following them to get my order

                I'm not satisfied with your service at all

                Its been 5 days now i haven't received the product which was suppose to get by 12th august only

                Had word with 5 times with customer support
                & all the time they laied over recorded call

                Its seems like that no body cares about customer anymore now.

                Done expect this kind of service from flipkart
                Its been promised 3 times to get delivery by 13th & later 16th & final 17th but still products has not been deliverd yet

                Im sure i will not use flipkart next time for any propose at all

                & kind of service is worst than anything

                For god sake kindly deliver my last order

                Your apologies wont help me for this kind of service

                  I have ordered hp laptop through flipkart and received refurbished laptop. I saw screen panel was fixed with glue/adhesive which is spread over the screen panel. So i have initiated return request. Their technician visit was late due flipkart's misguidance for my address. After technician's visit return was accepted and then got cancelled because product was out of stock.
                  I have contacted customer care and they are saying return period is over.

                    Hi team,

                    I have ordered 2 items from flipkart (Bajaj air cooler and mi air purifier) on 5th august. I got the first item on 8th august and the other one has not at all updated from flipkart in a proper manner. After waiting for almost 2 weeks, i got a message like i have to go to a hub and collect the item, which is really far my area, in fact, it's a different town.

                    When i called the flipkart customer care department, i have got a pathetic response like flipkart is unable to reach your area and hence the change it seems. How come they can give this stupid explanation as the other item they only delivered within 4 days and this item is not.

                    Also when i ordered this item i have entered my address and pin code, the system accepted the delivery within 8-10 days. Now they are saying like they can't do anything on my case and cancel the order it seems if not interested. I am really sad with the response i got from flipkart team. Really pathetic. Also the seller:pelican retail & ekart logistics are not at all concerned on my request.

                      I had done numerous return request for this device. It even does falls in the flipkart return requests still the management is not working properly with this matter. A technician has done his visit previously and its the second time one should come. Why so much disappointing? Is it so much “easy return policy”?
                      Even the second technician has not done his visit since it was raining heavily and the message coming to my phone states that he has done his visit. Why so careless about this fact?
                      Its been the first time for me ordering on flipkart and its so much horrible.
                      Its my earnest request please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                        Received a fake adidas shoe. I purchased a high end model worth rs 10199/- but flipkart sent a cheap quality duplicate shoe which will not be of rs 500/- also.
                        From past 1 month they are making me fool and buying out time, i want justice as flipkart cheated me.
                        Have ordered an expensive adidas shoe which got delivered on 25th july, upon receiving the consignment i realised that the product which is received does not meet the design and features of product which was on flipkart, it looks like a cheap or duplicate version of adidas. Have raised return request same day but now it's been 20 days and every time when i call up the customer care they just make an excuse of next level escalation, finally received a mail that they will not exchange it.

                          I have purchased the asus zenphone max pro m1 on 14th of august and today that is 17th of august the touchpad of the phone stopped working. I contacted flipkart about it they just advised me to reboot the phone and if the return window closes in 10 days. What would i do if same happens, they even did not gave me the information of the seller. But i checked it was truenet commerce. Please get back to me in this situation.

                            Flipkart seniors are avoiding call and I was on call for 1 hr waiting for their response and their associate has ended my call without asking me and giving resolution.Its been 12 days product is still with me after raising so many compliments and their Seniors don't even care about the customer and customer service is the worst.

                              I buy a smart phone which is asus zenfone max pro m1 with one year mobile protection plan. Now my mobile screen has a crack on its left corner sideand i am in warranty period. I can not contact flipkart as my smart phone is switch off and i do not have any back up smart phone to switch on my registered number.                                 Flipkart blocked my account saying i’m reselling products bought from them when in reality i only bought products for my family members.. This happed right after i complained to them regarding wrong order that was delivered to me.. I asked for return/refund and they denied saying return not covered for this product and next thing i know is i’m blocked after few days when i ordered some product and it got cancelled.. After complaining regarding the cancellation of the order they said it’ll be resolved shortly and looks like they did solved it.. By blocking me..

                                My account was being used by my family members and by my friends because it's flipkart plus account ... no illegal or suspicious purchases were made.. I bought phones for my family members and some by friends and family members when deals and offere were available..
                                All item that I’ve purchased that you claim I bought for reselling are bought for my relatives 4 Redmi Note 4 phones .. they’re being used by my relatives and not resold...

                                  With great sorrow i would like to say that flipkart has blocked my account because they have found some unusual buying sequence.
                                  To be very frank i really don't understand their algorithm
                                  My account is used by family members as well as by my friends because it's flipkart plus account and as well as in that account i have 300 flipkart money present..
                                  Secondly i have not done any illegal transactions, everything is very clear
                                  So please help me to get my account activated again...

                                  I have registered my Complaint in the National Consumer Court Helpline. please help me
                                  The request is as follows, my name is Akash district Meerut sir I have contacted Flipkart company I ordered one (Canon EOS 1500D Dslr Camera) on 7th July from my account [protected] and gmail id [protected]@Gmail.com which cost ( 31, 499) with order id ( OD[protected] I got it on 9th July tracking ID ( FMPC[protected] ) and I paid it by courier online [protected]@ybl phone pe (QR code ) from my Ac[protected] Paytm payment bank UPI Ref.Id[protected]
                                  And I took it after paying and when I run it, the memory was not supporting. So I called customer care on 9th July itself and told that memory card is not being connected in it then they put its replacement and his message came that your replacement pickup will be on 13th July and on 9th July same day at 11 PM my account was blocked. When I got the replacement of this camera in 13th Date, I opened it and saw it was defective and not working which was already used.When I talked to Flipkart customer care and told them that I have got a bad camera and it is old, they said that your account is blocked, we cannot do anything, our team will contact you. I said that you sent me a bad camera, you are saying that we cannot help you. He repeatedly said the same thing, your account got blocked, our team will contact you. Till then you wait. I made many calls but got no help then a customer care
                                  Talked to the advisor, I told him the whole thing that I have got an old bad camera. They put the return request and I got 16 date that your product will be pickup then on 17th July I got a mail which said we want to inform you that your recent request has been canceled Then I called on July 17, I asked him that it was going to be pickup on July 16, then why the pickup was not done, then he said that it has been canceled by our team.I said you sent me a bad camera in replacement, you have to return it, either give me another camera or refund my money, I have given Rs 31, 499, you sent me a bad camera, I appealed a lot but a consultant put a return request and 19 Date pickup date arrived and then that return request also got cancelled. And I contacted again on 19th July Told them that it was not picked up today They told that your return has been cancelled. Our team will contact you please wait and got a mail from their side it was written in it. We would like to inform you that your recent request has been canceled because our system detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This will also mean that you will no longer be able to log in to your Flipkart account.
                                  Then told I did not make much returns.
                                  And I contacted a lot for 5 months 10 days but there was no help from your side. Nor do you understand my concern. You are requested to give me correct reply.

                                    Hi,
                                    This complain id regarding the product i ordered on flipkart with order id - od[protected]. I placed this order on 7th aug with delivery expected by 10th aug but my product has not been delivered yet.
                                    From the last four days i was getting calls from flipkart saying the team is involved and i will be recieving my product but still it has not been delivered. I am getting messages saying it is started from a particular location to your location but it didn't reached.

                                    Now they are continuously asking me to cancel the order and they will not deliver it. The product i ordered i now not available and even if available i bought in independence day sale at a price of rs-1049 now it is showing rs - 2499. How fair is it to ask the consumer to order the same product on more than double price on what he ordered before.
                                    Other than this how can you compensate the time and afford that i wasted talking to flipkart and getting fake promises that i will be getting my product.

                                    This is like cheating and very unprofessional behaviour to the customer. Being a prime member this is not at all expected from such a shopping giants like flipkart. They must be taking care of the every aspect if there is a 3rd party who is a courier partner of flipkart whether are doing their duties in a proper way or not.

                                    Lastly i want to conclude this email with two points.

                                    1. Either deliver my product asap as it is already 7 days delay than the promise day which was 10th of aug.

                                    2. If you are not able to deliver make the product available at the same price on what i have bought it before and compensate the time and afford that i wasted continuously from last 4 days and in return got only fake and unreal promises from flipkart.

                                      I have ordered huggies pack for my child,
                                      On: 17-aug-2019

                                      I had pay through net banking, amount was deducted, and i got message as well from my kotak bank.

                                      But order was not placed neither i have received any confirmation nor failure of payment from flipkart. I cannot see my order in "orders" page alsoplease suggest
