I ordered Realme X on 8th Aug 2019 at 1:30 AM and delivery was promised by 10th Aug but it hasn't reached the nearest hub yet... Even worse, there hasn't been any tracking update since 9th Aug 12:34 AM.
I feel like I lost my money since I already paid from my friend's debit card... First order with Flipkart and feels cheated

      My order no is od[protected]. Had ordered for a set of 6 dynore (950 ml) steel containers. Received only 3 and that also with loose lids. Imeediately esclated to the custiomer support team about the missing items. Even after complaining almost 7 times, still awaiting for an solutiomn. The seller had very clearly mentioned that the item is returnable and refund shall be done.

      But it seems now they have turned deaf ears and every time an customer support executive just promises assurance without any action.

        selling pirated copy of a copyrighted book

        Flipkart is selling photocopied version of a copyrighted english fiction novel. This is an utter cheat from the the seller and there are so many people reviewed that the book is a pirated copy and flipkart should ban the seller and give me a new book. I noticed this was a pirated copy after the return period os over but still a pirated copy remains a pirated copy and this came to my attention after seeing another original copy of the book....

          I bought a vu television from flipkart and its delivery was delayed. But still i waited, then its installation date was on[protected]. But it got extended on[protected], till now the technician didn't contact me. Since the flipkart executives said that technician should open the box else the warranty will be void, we can't open the box. I am not able to use the television. Poor services from flipkart

            Recently i tried to change my email address and whenever i submit the change, flikart sends me an otp in form of a sms text but after 1 minute time i receive an email for the same action which has another opt. I tried submitting otp but it shows that opt submitted is wrong in case of both the otp i found same warning... Please fix this!!! I think this will help your software to provide better service... That's it

              I can't login into my account though i complained about it already but no further action was taken so i here rewriting the complain about flipkart that they had blocked my account without any proper reason, and told me that their sysytem had detected too many number of returns but that not right.
              Do something in this regard because i have my flipkart supercoin in that account

                And it was meant to be delivered on 8 th august and it wasn't delivered by time when i asked for help or status the customer support person told me to cancel my order... And now its 10th aug and when i ask them, they say they can't contact the courier service and i have to wait or should cancel my order... And they keep repeating that nothing is in their hands. I would never ever shop eith flipkart again and i would request none of you do.

                  Hello sir/ma'am, i have ordered the mobile backcover from flipkar on 19 july 2019. But i received the wrong product on 23rd july 2019. So i replaced that item again on 27 and again i received the wrong item, then i decided to return the product but i put the request for return on the very next day but till now i didnt get any solution from flipkart, and also they have cheated me by sending wrong item 2 times. So, i have requested to return this product but they have not returned my cashback. And they are requesting me to wait for 48 hours or 2 days but like this i had already waited for 7 days, but till now they havn't solved my problem. Also they are telling me that my request is on hold.

                    Seller sent electric kettle that too broken. Now this fraud seller is neither accepting replacement nor refunding. The issue has been ongoing nearly a month. # service flipkart.

                    We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 10 aug, 3:00 pm.

                    They called me and said we will get you replacement the same thing they said last 3-4 times. They have no empathy for their customers. Moreover i've been shopping for a lot from flipkart now i am really pissed.

                        They firstly sent me different model no of watch i also contacted the concerned company titan as they said return it it may duplicate as not you tag no and watch model no not matching. When i returned they blocked my acount. Due to this i am also not able to pay paylater amount of this duplicate product. Even the product is duplicate i want to pay flipkart still they not accepting the payment. If i not able to login then how can i pay you tell me. So look into the matter and get your money from me.                             Flipkart service is very poor, specially customer service. I posted a complaint against flipkart a few hours ago and they just sent me mails that they could not reach me... It's again absurd. This is how flipkart service do with their customers. My order was cancelled by flipkart, not by the seller. They sent me mail that the product is on high demand so they cancelled my order which is so rediculus. Again they sent me that address was incorrect. Flipkart can't be trusted anymore

                                Flipkart is a company that cheats a customer. This company does not deliver the customer's goods to their address with the promise when they take their money from the customer.
                                The flipkart promised to deliver the product in the mail on august 10, which requires a lot of requests. And on 9 august, at midnight, flipkart canceled our product while our product was prepaid.
                                The courier service used to give the wrong answer, they would keep the product with them and ask us to reply, your product will be delivered by this evening.

                                While the courier service delivered the product order eid - 'od[protected]' successfully to our address on 9 august. So that there was no problem with the address. And the product was canceled by flipkart on 9 august.

                                  I ordered nikon d5300 dslr camera. My order was cancelled after shipment without any notice. It was cancelled by flipkart service. They sent a mail saying that the product is on high demand though it is always available & in stock. I contact customer care executive. They told me a different story. They said my address was incorrect which was absurd. Because i buy so many products from flipkart in the same address. How is it possible??? They mailed me a different cause & told me a different cause. I must take legal action against flipkart service. It was so trusted company but people should know how fake they are. Shame on you flipkart.

                                    Installation and demo of vu smart tv not done as of now. I want to cancel the order if the installation not done before today but they refused to return the product and said you can only return after the installation, if the product damage or defective. If flipkart not providing the service on time then there should be return policy.. Technician of installation has updated that he called me regarding demo but he never called me..                                       I have bought a philips 9329/06 electric kettle (Red colour) from flipkart.com on 5th august 2019, but there is some problem with the kettle and i have opted for a refund, this is the 2nd time that the return is getting cancelled from flipkart, the deliver boy doesn't want to pickup my item, he is making excuses, there has been 2 instances in which once he said i am busy and i won't be able to pick up the product and the second time he told me that his bike is not in working order, i have contacted flipkart and they are just following their routine and not working towards fixing the issue, now my return window will close on 15th august 2019 which is in 10 days time, i have tried replacing the product for a refund 2 times and the delivery boy is marking false reason for unsuccessful pickup, first he said item not matching description as told by the customer service representative to me on phone line. This is ridiculous customer service from flipkart, they will eventually end up loosing their customers sooner or later because this is new india and people are smart. Please help me get it sorted.
