I have purchased Redmi Note 7 Pro - Order ID OD[protected] on 11th of Aug during freedom sale using ICICI credit card with offer 10% discount ( Rs.1064) on the product but the discount is not provided when I purchased the mobile as promised so I raised a complaint IN[protected] customer care on 13th Aug. The customer care executive who spoke to me said that I am eligible for 10% discount and I will get cashback of 1064 ( Conversation with executive was recorded). The ticket was raised and passed with the concerned team, will be resolved by 15th Aug but this is still pending even after escalating this with customer care for 9 times. I was supposed to get the product delivered by 14th Aug initially but I have to change the delivery date 4 times as the ticket is not resolved. I have called 9 times and spent around 5hrs to escalate the issue but no solution provided yet. A person by name Rakesh has called and confirmed me on Saturday 17th Aug afternoon that I am eligible for 1000 cash but can't confirm that in writing and promised to close that in 48hrs by transferring to respective team for closure but it is more than 48hrs now but no response even after multiple followups today asking for response. I now understand all teams are fraud passing on time without any resolution. In case if the mobile is delivered to me, if I don't get the discount I will not be able to return the mobile as per T&C until there is an issue with product functionality. Now I have changed the date from 15th to 16th Aug, 16th to 17th Aug and now from 17th to 21st Aug. I will cancel the order if the ticket is not resolved by your team by tomorrow evening. Hope you understand the problem and provide resolution at earliest. I am not at all happy and frustrated with the way the ticket is handled. Was this information helpful? | |

Please find the recorded conversation with flipkart executive. Executive has clearly told that I am eligible for a discount of 1064 but still they are not resolving my issue.
