Flipkart — Incomplete Product Delivery and Mishandling under Open Box Delivery Order OD[protected]

I am filing a grievance regarding my Flipkart order OD[protected]Ekart ID: FMPC[protected]) for a Zeel Colorblock Men Raincoat (₹1, 679). The issues I faced are as follows:

Delayed Delivery & False Reschedules:

Ordered on 29th August 2025, promised delivery by 31st August 2025.

Changed delivery to 1st September 2025 to a nearby address.

Delivery failed multiple times (1st, 2nd, 3rd September) with support falsely claiming reschedules were per my request.

Only delivered on 4th September 2025 after repeated follow-ups.

Open Box Delivery Failure:

The order was marked for Open Box Delivery, but the delivery executive did not open or verify the package.

OTP and payment were collected without checking the contents, defeating the purpose of Open Box Delivery.

Missing Product / Wrong Item Delivered:

Package contained only the jacket; the pant was missing.

The listing clearly states: “Pack of 1 Raincoat – Top and Pant Set.”

Q&A section confirmed that pants are included.

Return & Support Issues:

Flipkart app blocked the return citing Open Box Delivery.

Return was only accepted after selecting “Unfit” as the reason.

Support initially misinformed me that pants were not included; later admitted they should have been.

Delivery executive refused return because the pant was missing.

Hassle & Harassment:

I faced days of waiting, multiple chats/calls, incorrect guidance, and financial loss due to Flipkart’s seller and logistics failures.

Open Box Delivery negligence worsened the situation.

Resolution Sought:

Immediate refund for the missing pant.

Acknowledgment of Open Box Delivery failure and mishandling by delivery partner.

Proper escalation against the seller for incomplete product and logistics partner for mishandling.

Assurance that future Open Box returns will not be unfairly blocked.

Written confirmation that this complaint is officially logged.
