Flipkart — Incomplete refund for returned product order id: od[protected]

My name is Zillur Rahman, and my registered Flipkart mobile number is [protected].

I had placed an order for 2 quantities of Henley Dry Amla Candy, which was delivered between 16th May to 23rd May. Due to quality issues, I returned the items, and both quantities were picked up on 26th May.

However, I have received a refund for only one quantity, and the refund for the second item is still pending. I have raised this concern multiple times with Flipkart Customer Care, but unfortunately, no action has been taken and the issue remains unresolved.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and process the remaining refund at the earliest.
