The product (Philips kerashine high performance styler bhh777/20 hair straightener (Purple) does not seem to be the appropriate product for me to use.. And as mentioned on the flipkart site, they say that there id no return avalible... I need a refund or another product... Reguarding this, i called the dealer as per the information provided. Regarding Favria Men & Women Black, Grey Polyester Sling Bag Return Request for item last from 14th of nov but still issue not br resolved by flipkart i m requesting your please look into this matter urgently because in there flipkart item policy 1 month return offer but poor quality product dileverd to me and still mY REturn requst not completed
