[Resolved] Flipkart — Incorrect device sent to me, Flipkart/2gud not returning the device. | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I purchased a new Nokia 8 from website 2gud.com that is a party of Flipkart. with registered email id : ashwani.[protected]@gmail.com Mobile No. [protected]. Order ID : OD[protected] Invoice number is : FAEVWS[protected] The item description on website does not specify this to be a second hand device and I purchased it as they were selling new mobile handset. When the device arrived it started to malfunction as it is not connecting to any of the network even when tried with multiple sim cards. This was supposed to be new piece but when I received the mobile it seems like a used one with minor scratches. When I placed return order the product the technician found you have fraudulently sent me incorrect device as the IMEI on my bill does not match the IMEI of my the mobile device I received. IMEI on bill : [protected], [protected] IMEI on the Mobile Device : [protected], [protected] I again called their customer service to raise a complaint and they promised me to resolve this by 26 Oct 2020, however on 23 October they themself closed my return request without contacting me. I visited Nokia service center and they denied that they can not provide service under warranty as the IMEI on mobile and Invoice is mismatch. I want complete refund of my amount ASAP and please take away your malfunctioning device. I also wish to be compensate as my work has been severely affected as I am unable to receive any calls from my office as I am working from Home and this is causing me too much trouble.
