[Resolved]  Flipkart — incorrect product & return issues

I ordered elica chimney from. Flipkart (Seller named elicakitchenworld on flipkart portal) on 9th sept 2020 however because of ducting and installation issues had to be raised return & refund and that too was done once elica technician made sure.

Flipkart return was raised on 12th sept however they kept on scheduling technician visit and he kept on rejecting for same reasons

Flipkart kept on playimg back & forth and i had to be constantly raising issues with flipkart customer care!!

Finally return was accepted and was suppped to be picked up by 25tj sept however pivkup boy never turned up
I. Kept calling flipkart customer care back to back to check and uodate on starus and they kept assuring it will picked up and refunded.

Suddenly i see request rejected on 27th sep... Again in frustration kept calling customer care to resolve and they kept assuring they are doing their best.

I am. Highly disgisted of these cheat and malpractices tactices and fooling around with customers
My 11, 000 rs is stuck till date and its been a montj now no resolution
