[Resolved]  Flipkart — Indiflashmart (vendor from flipkart) refuses to give refund!

Dear sir/madam,

I had ordered tecno spark power 2 misty
Grey, 64 gb from flipkart via - indiflashmart (Vendor of flipkart) on 22/08/2020.

The phone seemed great by looking at its specifications as given on flipkart but after receiving it dint match the quality like it was shown on flipkart compared to other phones in this budget so i applied for return on flipkart, they gave me an option of refund so i went for it.

Then after few hours, i get a call from flipkart executive asking why i want to return, i gave them my reasons. The executive kept my call on hold and later declined it, then i receive a mail and sms saying that “the return is being rejected”!

The 2nd time i applied for return on flipkart they only offered me a replacement!

Need you support in order to make this vendor take the materials back from my end. I have attached few images for your reference. Please do the needful.
