[Resolved]  Flipkart — input tax credit (gst claim) not possible (buyers gstin not on invoice)

I purchased honor mediapad t3 tablet from flipkart (Order id od[protected] for my father (Business purpose) but the invoice which i received from flipkart and in this case, their sellers, health & happiness private limited, does not have his gstin on it.
The website while buying does not allow to enter gst information and after purchase also, there is no mechanism to reach seller/flipkart where they can take buyer's gst. I called customer care for help but they denied by saying they cannot help with this issue.

The contact details of the seller are not available on the internet, and flipkart's customer care has refused to provide me seller contact details. Not being able to claim input tax credit on gst will cost me more than inr 2000/-. Need flipkart to resolve the issue by including my father's gst (To be provided separately) or take the product back (Which is still not more than 10 days old).
