Flipkart — Installation/Uninstall and Return: Poor communication | |||||
Hello, I ordered water purifier from Flipkart on 10th Aug and it was delivered on 14th Aug, but there were no update about the installation, after rigorous followup person came from Aquaguard for installation on 20th Aug. But this product doesn't work as expected in fact direct tap water is much clear than the purifier water. Raised a return request on 21st but there isn't proper communication from either Flipkar, Delhivery or Aquaguard. Every time we call to Flipkart they just provide update with the generic statement "We apologize for the inconvenience and we have escalate this issue". From Delhivery one guy came with one slip and told me that this product i cant take with me a big van will come for the same and went back. From Aquaguard they say the product will not support bore water its only meant for municipal water!! i dont understand what kind of purifier it is..! Same is not been communicated during installation. Now i don't know to whom should i contact and whose fault it is! i am facing mental harassment from these counterparts. I cant use the product at the same time my money is locked and i can't buy the better product. Please suggest me how should i proceed further! Regards, Sushma. Was this information helpful? | |||||
