Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale: Disappointing Experience with iPhone 16 Pro Max Delivery*
I am writing to express my disappointment with Flipkart's delivery service for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, which I purchased during the Big Billion Days sale.
Despite the order being marked as "out for delivery" on September 28, I have yet to receive my phone. On October 3, I visited my nearest Ekart delivery office to inquire about the status of my order. To my surprise, I was informed that my order, along with 70 other parcels, had been taken by a delivery boy who had absconded.
The Ekart staff advised me to contact Flipkart's customer care, but unfortunately, the customer care service has been suspended during the sale period. Do I have tried calling the customer care number from others account of my friend so tell me to wait till 7th Oct but today when I call them again they are still telling me to wait.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Flipkart, especially considering that I had been waiting for this sale for six months. I urge Flipkart to take immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
