Dear Flipkart Grievance Officer,
My name is Pratik Deepak Phapale. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I experienced with multiple orders on Flipkart.
Order Details:
Product: Google Pixel 10a (Lavender, 256 GB)
Order ID: OD[protected]
Seller: IndiFlashMart
Order Date: 21 February 2026
Expected Delivery: 7 March 2026
The shipment of the product was created on 6 March 2026 and it was supposed to be delivered on 7 March 2026. However, the product was never delivered and the order was suddenly cancelled by Flipkart on 9 March 2026 stating that the seller was unable to restock the item.
During this period, I tried several times to contact Flipkart customer care but it was extremely difficult to reach any support agent. The support system is not easily accessible for customers.
Additionally, I faced similar issues with another order:
Product: Google 45W GaN Wall Charger for Mobile
This order was also cancelled by the seller after confirmation.
Furthermore, I recently ordered a laptop from Flipkart where the delivery agent postponed delivery for two consecutive days and did not respond to calls. I even had to walk approximately 2.5 km to the Ekart warehouse to check the status.
These repeated incidents have wasted my time and caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
As a student, I expect reliable service when ordering products online. Such repeated cancellations and delivery failures are unacceptable.
I request Flipkart to:
1. Provide a proper explanation for the cancellation of confirmed orders.
2. Investigate the sellers and logistics responsible for these issues.
3. Improve customer support accessibility.
4. Ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
I hope Flipkart will take this complaint seriously and provide a proper resolution.
