Flipkart — Invoice Not Provided Account Blocked Warranty at Risk

I purchased a Toshiba 55-inch Smart TV from Flipkart, but Flipkart has failed to provide the original invoice required for warranty service.

My Flipkart account has been blocked, and I am unable to log in and download the invoice. Despite contacting customer care, WhatsApp support, and emailing Flipkart, the invoice has not been shared.

A Toshiba service technician has already visited and confirmed the product is under warranty. However, service cannot proceed without the invoice. Only around 15 days of warranty remain, and due to Flipkart’s inaction, I may lose my statutory warranty rights.

This amounts to deficiency in service by Flipkart. I request immediate issuance of the original invoice and resolution of this issue at the earliest.
