I have purchased this ipro powerbank 10400mah from flipkart on 17th feb 2018 And on 26th night feb 2018 it stopped working... When i contacted flipkart customer care they asked me to wait for 24hours but i didn't get any response and i try to search it's service centre in my city hyderabad i couldn't find any i just want to return or replace the product as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Mar 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer had raised the issue with regards to product not workingas we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the concerned team as customer had raised the issue post 10 days of the replacement, so informed customer to visit Authorize service center, as customer has also spoken to authorize service center and they have informed customer to ship the product so that we will repair the product and return him back. But customer is not ready to ship so provided all the details to customer hence closing the complaint from our end Verified Support May 24, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered being defective. We have interacted with the customer and customer confirmed that the authorized service center to ship the product to brand for further assistance. Hence, requested customer to contact the brand for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.

What you think on your mind .we trust you as your products but what are you doing for your customers.I order 3 times foot wear I receive wrong and I am face you for pick up my order since 15 days.
