[Resolved] Flipkart — issue related to miscommunication from flipkart employees | |||||
Hi team, We had a offer on 21st january for 10% cashback on citibank for minimum order of 5000. I had ordered for few products in flipkart for 5875 on 21st january. Out of that i returned one product for the value of 735 due to fitting issue. And i requested for replacement of one more product (Product price is 717) due to incorrect size shipment, again i received wrong product for second time. Later i contacted flipkart customer care, they told me to raise refund request due to non availability of the particular size. Before raising refund request i checked with them whether i will receive 10% of cashback in citibank after i return this product (Due to the total value is less than 5000). They confirmed me on call that i will receive the 10% cashback. Now they are telling me that i will not get the cashback. Initially i wanted replacement of the product instead of refund, but the seller seems like cheater they have sent me wrong size product both the times. Now i don't have option for replacement also. Verified Support Feb 26, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint because he didn't received the correct size of the product. We interacted, apologies for the inconvenience and informed customer that we can take the return request but customer told he don't want to return the product he wants replacement because he purchase the product in the offer and if it will return then the offer can be void. Closing the complaint from our end.

after the interaction i was assured that a strict action will be taken by the flipkart against seller for shipping wrong/fake product.
but unfortunately i don't see any changes in the action. i had placed new order and again i received wrong/fake product from same seller.
i would like to know from flipkart what was the action taken against the seller and why he is still selling fake products?
