[Resolved]  Flipkart — Issue still unresolved

Dear sir/ma'am,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Moto g8, powerlite
The issue that I have experienced was: I bought moto g 8 powerlite from flipkart.It came to me on
11th September 2020. From the same day, I started facing ear pain and headache while speaking on
incoming and outgoing calls and also heating sensation in ears was there. These problems continued till next 20-24 hours after each call. During the first call, the phone heated up. But
afterwards heating problem didn't continue.While using the phone, my health was becoming worse. I
was facing severe headache and ear pain for2 days even after stopping using the phone.
Flipkart technician visited my place and checked the phone. We explained him our problem. He
couldnot detect the issue. He said that he doesn't think any problem is there. But he said that he will
convey our problem from our side ahead.
But that time and even 2 or 3 times after that our return request got rejected.
Though my problem cannot be seen by naked eyes, I am telling the truth. I am not satisfied with the
handset.
But flipkart in not agreeing with it.
I have got very bad experience of after sales service from flipkart. We talked to nearly 15 customer
care executives of flipkart via call back request and even chatted nearly 7-8 times.
Then they suggested us to visit motorola service centre which is 40 km away from our residence .But we didn't have any other option. So we went there and showed the handset to them. They reinstalled
the software and told us to try it. But still I am feeling ear trouble and vibration in my face after call from the handset.
I want the return of my handset and refund of my money from flipkart on urgent basis because I am
struggling from 12th September 2020.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
