[Resolved] Flipkart — item delivered was not same as mentioned in the website. this happened for the second time | |||
I ordered lg ac in flipkart. In website it was mentioned as 2018 model year but when they delivered it was 2017 model year. I raised this is a concern to flipkart and they made a technical visit with the help of jeeves consumer service and realised that they have delivered 2017 model and they agreed to replace a new product which will be b which will be 2018 model year. That even the second time they delivered the 2017 model. Why did they provided the wrong information in the flipkart website or why did they deliver the wrong model a product that to continuously second time.
