[Resolved] Flipkart — it's been 14 days I have not received my refund | |||||
Hi, on 7th november i have purchased oppof3 plus from flipkart on exchange offer. Later the delivery guy denied to deliver the product and the order has been cancelled. Till now i have not received my refund. I have contacted the icici bank also but they are saying they didn't receive any refiund from merchant (Flipkart) side. And flipkart is saying they have already processed the refund. Also flipkart representatives are not responding properly. The phone I ordered on October worked fine but now on November 14 it's display got off. I cannot see the screen but can hear the call, but the screen is still black.
Sir, I have brought kitchen Chemney from flipkart and delivered on 03 November 2017, the received model found different as I have ordered, also bill is ganerating different. So have given return request on 5th November 2017. Still I am waiting for returning the item, no any action from flipkart.
