Flipkart — IWQNBecommerce cheating customers and FlipKart is supporting

We purchased a 630L Refrigirator from FlipKart sold by seller IWQNBecommerce. After the delivery, LG Support person came to install the product and said that product is faulty and cannot be installed, and asked to get replaced. We have approached FlipKart for replacement/refund. Its been worst time for us dealing with FlipKart in getting the item replaced or refunded. They are simply washing their hands saying Seller is refusing to replace the item.

I hope flipkart people do not consider seriously to resolve my issue. I ordered samsung 55 inch TV in flipkart.After checked technician he said got damaged product need to replacement. I raised complaint againest the TV for replacement but this seller IWQNBecommerce postponed dates to deliver and finally cancelled my request. I reopen the same request again but till today no resonse from seller.I request you people please give me the valid explanation to delay my order. Can you please confirm why the seller delayed. This is the fourth time they postponed dates to deliver my product. So please get the information from the seller and give the same information to me as the reason for delay. If you give the proper reason this is most helpful for me

I have attached my product images and support person visiting proof and visited date and time also on image. I am expecting the exact reason to delay my product this many times.
Support people also visited my home 3 times . They also said it will resolve within 24 hours.But till today no progress. I have attached support person(Uninstallation) image while he visited my home

Same to same case happened with me during big billion sale and defective product delivered at door step and later seller denied for replacement and refund also..After so much of escalations and time wasting efforts with Flipkart team finally able to get refund. No support at all from Flipkart team they were simply washing there hands by passing everything to one customer care executive to another
Go to consumer court brother. I am also purchased lg tv. Still not received. My friend was bought IFB WASHING MACHINE. TECHNICIAN VISITED HE SAID IT WAS DAMEGED . HE WAS CALLED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE NO RESPONSE. HE IS GOING TO CONSUMER COURT
