[Resolved] Flipkart — junk air conditioner of different company received | |||
I mukul bhagat have purchased air conditioner on 16 may 2018 and made payment through bajaj emi card on same date, the same was delivered on 22 may 2018 For the purpose to built a window i opened the box for taking measurement and shocked to see that the product delivered to us is of samsung second hand air conditioner. I have contacted to costumer care number of flipkart and talked to mr. Abhinay kumar has reject our request of return policy on the norm that we have open our air conditioner box by ourself and we are unauthorised to open the box. So we cannot avail return policy. The cost of air conditioner amount to rs. 24, 000. We have sufficient proofs that we have not open the box in isolation we have several independent members who are present there while opening the box. Since we are middle class family, we cannot afford such type of losses. Kindly resolve grievance as soon as possible. Seeking for your response.
