I ordered a plum kohl kajal from flipkart and instead they sent me oriflame kajal with artificial eyelashes and earbuds. Felt really disappointed on seeing such carelessness from flipkart. Your quality of service has really gone down. I have not received the product which ive ordered.. Instead you have provided me with things i dont need. Please see to it and resolve my problems.

Updated by Lamia Khwaja I havent received the plum kohl kajal which ive ordered..instead ive got oriflame kajal with earbuds and lashes.please see to it and resolve my problem.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have spoken to the customer regarding the issue faced. Seller has refunded the amount and customer has also updated us the same regarding this. Hence, closing the case from our end.

I am trying last four days for buying Redmi Note 5 pro.this is very pathetic. I think flipkart believe in dealer business only. Dealer selling in black (extra amount charge). How you can do that..i never expected from flipkart .
