Flipkart — Laptop - Delaying the delivery

Since we have ordered a new laptop in exchange of old laptop, the delivery boy has no idea how to check the old laptop and keeps on postponing the date of delivery and on eleventh day he said we need to pick it up from his office, hence we denied the same as we have ordered the new laptop for home delivery.

We had escalated the matter to customer support team many times but no proper response was provided by the team. Hence wrote a mail to grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com.

We received calls from them but they only give us assurances.

12th October 2025 order # OD[protected] was placed

16th October 2025 was the date of delivery.

26th October 2025 still we have not received the new laptop in fact no one visited to home till date.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Qamar Asif Attar Since 11 days no proper response and have not received the laptop. Note this is a online payment order which already paid while ordering.

Updated by Qamar Asif Attar Got a call from Flipkart this morning and it has been promised that the Laptop delivery will be done today by end of the day.

Updated by Qamar Asif Attar 13th Day the laptop still not delivered. The delivery boy keep on telling you need to pickup delivery not possible at home.
