Flipkart — LAPTOP delivery delayed

I had ordered my laptop on october 17 2025 with flipkart and was promised that it would be delivered before diwali but i have not yet recieved it and just postponing the dates and while tracked it had come to my nearest hub yelahanka and again went off to some other place .These ekart is a fraud company. Ekart tracking id is FMPP[protected].What should be done next.
