[Resolved] Flipkart — Laptop Purchase date shows one year before actual purchase date on official company website | |
I purchased a laptop (Acer predator Helios 300) from Flipkart on 6th August 2020. When I recently checked the warranty status of my laptop on the Acer Company website however, it shows the purchase date as 2019, and gives me a message saying the laptop is out of warranty! Flipkart has cheated me by selling me an old used product which was purchased in 2019. I have screenshots and invoice proof with me. Was this information helpful? | |
