      I have received a gift card amounting Rs.750 through sms from Flipkart for purchasing through YONO platform. Further, I have successfully added the same on 24.06.2021 and it was automatically deactivated on 26.06.2021 without my consent. It was completely wrong. Flipkart care didn't response properly.

          The product what i odered was deliverd on june 17th and the installation sheduled on 20th june, now its 28th june still the installation not done .

            I ordered crompton ceiling fan on 28th may, delivery date was 02th june, even after two day of i didn't get the delivery no message or any call, after three days the delivery was cancelled and they said the seller will initiate the refund . till now i didnt get any refund,

            flipkart is requested my bank statement, i provided, they didnt find any refund on it,
            now am asking the seller statement they were not providing and flipkart was supporting the seller,

              FYI: 1. Technician Came to me checked the Phone, 2. Downloaded one App (CPU-Z) to Checked the Heating Problem, 3. Recorded 48.2 degree, while charging at 40% of Battery. 4. Taken Snap Shots, Report the Same to flipkart Higher Authorities. 5. I recieved the sms saying Service Completed. Now he Question is How is my Problem Solved ? Hence How You people Says Issue is Solved... Condition of the Handset is Very New. 1st app downloaded is (CPU-Z) What will happen when I Start Using It. One More thing is I heard there only 7 days Refund Policy... To go thru with the Procedure 7 days are gone. Now. What Next...

                Product is not alkaline water it is acidic water I had check the tds percentage is 4% it is should be above 40% ... acidic water this product is hazerdous to human life it is not useful to human life

                And I had arrnage reverse pickup immediately I had Recived call from Flipkart Courier service they were asking me the details of address ...they told me Courier Service will not reach at u r destination we will not able to come at u r location because the distance of our office and ubr address is 42 km so it is not possible they told me to come at their office which is not possible to me to reach their office

                I m totally Frusted of return courier service directly they are saying we are not able to come due to Distance and Covid problem and also no other courier service partner will reach to u r destination

                Please call me immediately and do the needful

                  It's quite shocking that I got the phone whose bezel is scratched from the top side. It seems like phone has been replaced as a open box product. Flipkart is not able to submit the return request since 3 Days. They keep on telling tech issue is there so we can't place return request. So sad experience. My order I'd is OD[protected]

                    Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                    I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean.

                      I was booked a order via flipkart for a purchasing of mobile on 14Jul 21 with advanced payment. After place the order it should be delivered by 16 Jul as per given by flipkart. On 16 Jul evening call from delivery boy say "plz format your phone and be ready and same to be delivered by tomorrow" (17 Jul). But the item has not delivered and message received from flipkart, we will delivered by 20 Jun. The item is essential for me and my old phone also formatted. Thereafter I wait till 22Jul but they didn't delivered the item. Finally I booked another one to pay more for the same item. Now flipkart say we couldn't delivered the item so plz cancel the item. And also till today they are not return my money which I have paid for the item. Due to the flipkart I paid much more for the same item on same e commerce platform and also I loss 10 days with photo which are personally financial loss for me due to bed service by flipkart.Flipkart is also use my money for a duration of 15 days. This is Grivence against the Flipkart.

                        Dear Sir, I have bought a wireless keyboard with the mouse from Flipkart, but within few months a USB adapter of the above product got broken, I have been asking for replacement many months for the product, but Flipkart denying to resolve my issue. It si still under warranty. kidnly help.
                        Oder info. The quality of the product is not upto the mark. I hv raised about the quality issue many time, but FP denying the quality issue.

                        Flipkart gives very worst experience wit me.i ordered one tool box in it.its size very small than i expected.so i plan to return.return request not complete.whnever i try to give return req its show" oops error occured.try again"msg only.thn i cal to customer care.thy said techincal issue in our side.so try after sometimes.i tried many times.bt its shows same msg.i talk wih more than 10 customer support pplz.no one ready to resolve my prob.otherwise they block my return and review option in my account.i cant able to return or review my past 2 months recent orders.

                            I am trying to make a purchase using a credit card. This is a card I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen print).
                            Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
                            I wish to make a purchase.

                            I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 3 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does Flipkart want customers??? Contact me on below number [protected]

                              I had ordered a Treadmill on 12th June with Order Id and even I have done the full payment of more than 33k.

                              It's almost more than 15 days but still the product is not delivered.

                              I am unable to track my order OD[protected] with tracking ID( Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected]) since Its showing the tracking id as Invalid Id

                              Even after calling many times, the customer care is not responding at all. It's clear case of cheating

                                I have ordered realme narzo 30a on flipkart it was delivered 18 June 2021 same day I request replacement technician visit was on 23 June but no technician came or Contacted me to see the defect and issue stated as resolved then again on 23 June I request replacement then technician visit was schedule on 27 June but no technician visited to see the defect
                                On flipkart app it stated your product has been delivered but the issue has not been resolved yet

                                Every time I talk to customer support they say that issue has been created and sent to backend team.

                                    COD option disabled permanently

                                    I am a flipkart plus member and flipkart has disabled my COD option even if the product available for COD with different account.I have verified it.
                                    The customer care executive mentioned that due to frequent COD done by me, flipkart has disabled this option.
                                    I want to understand if I am doing COD whether flipkart has any issues in getting the payment.if not who has given rights to disable the COD option for me....
