I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3 laptop from Flipkart on 7th September, but on the same day after realising that the graphic card malfunction, I've requested for a return and replacement and flipkart promised me a technician visit on or before 23rd September and once the technician confirms that the issue can't be resolved he'll approve the return and replacement, but I've waited for 8 days and on 15th September I recieved a text from Flipkart saying that the seller have rejected my return request saying my issue was resolved by troubleshooting but I've still facing the same issue (Note: both flipkart and seller waited for the return period to end, and then rejected my return request and now I can't request for return again), and when I asked flipkart about this, they didn't give me any proper response and instead they kept saying they'll come up with an resolution in 3 days(18th of September) but when I asked them if I could still return the product since the Lenovo support couldn't resolve ny issue, they didn't answer but they kept asking me to wait till 18th September. So far they've gave nothing but stress and headache to ke for past 7 days by giving fake promises and resolution, at this point I don't even want a return and replacement, I want a refund so that I can buy the same laptop from elsewhere.
