Dear sir/ma'am,

I purchased hp pavilion gaming ryzen 5 quad core - (8 gb/512 gb ssd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics/nvidia geforce gtx 1650) 15-ec0104ax gaming laptop from flipkart on 25th july 2021 with order id OD[protected].

After 10 days o[censored]sage the laptop suddenly was having issues with charging. So, i contacted hp customer care as their numbers were mentioned on the laptop to contact for help.

Hp customer support had sent onsite engineer to verify the problem and engineer had approved a doa (Deficient on arrival) certificate to hp and said that the same would be replaced after receiving a certificate by hp.

I received doa certificate from hp support team and they asked me to contact the seller and provide the certificate and get the product replaced by them.

So, i contacted flipkart as i purchased my product from flipkart for the replacement. But, flipkart executives are denying to replace my product even after all legal procedures and certification of replacement had been provided by hp to them.

I raised this complaint two times but both the times they took 1 week to contact me and refused to replace the product by telling me about their lame policies and marked the complaint as resolved from their side.

I had even contacted hp after the response from flipkart. Hp executives said that i have all the rights to get my product replaced as they had done all the legal procedures and found my product to be defective an issued me a doa certificate for the same.

Hp executives had also even mailed flipkart about the incident as well but there is no response from flipkart side.

This type of response from flipkart is not expected. This is a mental torture for me as a consumer as i find flipkart cheating with me or using their services.

I request flipkart to take this matter seriously and provide a replacement for the same as all the legal procedures had been done by the hp and all proofs are attached below.

After contacting the Flipkart Customer Team they have approved a full refund of the product. Still, it was a lot of hassle and I wasted almost a month to come to a resolution.

      Backpack warranty claim

      I had purchased a backpack from Agile seller on flipkart on 13th july 2021, the seller himself answered a customer query in FAQ that it has 1 year warranty from day of purchase.       I have ordered mahabharata book set on flippant. It is scheduled to be delivered on 9 Aug and it was rescheduled to 13 Aug. But till date the product is not delivered and there is no update regarding the order. When I call the service guys they have asked me to wait for 24 hrs and I've done this more than 10 times. Till date there is no update regarding the order even after paying for the order.
      The service is pathetic if the order is lost atleast they have to update and find some solution instead they ask to wait for 24 hrs

        Ordered carrier 1.2 ton split ac on 4th august. Order id is OD[protected].Expected delivery date was on 13th august. The product had been shipped on 5th august. This was the last update on delivery. Product had not been delivered on the said timeline. So I raised concern from "need help" option in "my oder" section. They provided me date after date for resolution. I also informed them that I don't want to cancel the order, get it delivered asap. But they only provide dates in the name of resolution. Now today, 23rd august the order get cancelled without notifying. It is showing that the order has been cancelled on my request. But I have not requested to cancel the order. They advise me to place a new order. But I ordered the item for Rs 28690 and now the price is Rs 33490. If I order now I will be at loss. Already my money is blocked for 20 days. I want the same product in same price as previously ordered. Flipkart is looting customer in name of BIG SAVING DAYS.

            Ordered a laptop wich on receiving i found a defect so i opted for return. But the technician visit is set for almost 20 days later and afyer which my laptop will be picked up. Till than i am stuck with a defective laptop in this work from home times. This is is unacceptable. I even offered them that i myself will visit your warehouse if required but do it urgently. No one is listening.

              Almost all products on flipkart shows not deliverable on my pincode 123035guraora haryana.even I ordered an important product, worry about that will it be deliver or not.

                I have bought some groceries from flipkart on 19th August. My order was supposed to be delivered on 22nd August before 10:30.Today os 23rd and still I haven't receive my order.
                I am running out of few items which I have bought from Flipkart.But due to your negligence I have to buy some items from my local store just for one-day.
                I reached out to you so many times but nobody responded.I called on the provided number most of the time it said line engaged. And most importantly 2-3 times it rang but nobody answer.Then I got to know that the number is being switched off.
                How this kind if big company can be so irresponsible.
                Shame on you.
                And most importantly when you were unable to deliver the order yesterday then it should be your top most priority to deliver the order as soon as possible.If you have deliver my order today morning I wouldn't have complain.
                It's far better to buy from Grofers or Bigbasket.
                This is the last time I am ordering from you.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I ordered a Sandisk memory card on 16th July 2021 and it's delivered on 19th July 2021, due to some personal work not able to check the item and I checked the same on 26th July and found it's not class 10 memory card and raised for return. They delayed it and approved for replacement, however again they cancelled the replacement request as well. I received a email from Flipkart on July 28 stating, "We are sorry to let you know that your order OD122******* for sandisk ultra 64 GB MicrosSDHC class 10 98 MB/s Memory card has been cancelled as the product listed by the seller does not meet the quality standards mandated by Flipkart.
                    Since we doubt the authenticity of this item, all product listed by the seller are being removed from our website and app. it may take some time for us to investigate this further and we want to make sure you are not affected by this delay.
                    If you paid by credit card, net banking or debit card, it may take up to 5 to 7 business as per bank procedure. if you paid by gift card, it will be credited to your gift card used for the purchase in 24 hours.
                    we would like to thank you for you continued trust and understanding."
                    After this email I didn't hear anything back from Flipkart, hence thought to connect with Flipkart. When I spoke with the customer care person I explained him and he was trying to check the system like that call was happened around 38mins, finally he said call back after 10 mins currently some technical issues. If I call again I have to explain the whole story again to the new customer person who takes the call.
                    Please help me on this, I'm waiting almost a month for the status. I just want to get the replacement at least.

                      I purchased power earphone with order id - OD[protected] from flipcart in Sept-2020 and
                      Recently i noticed sound problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                      The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                        Sir/Madam,

                        I have been Flipkart's customer since a long time and was satisfied with your customer service. Recently, I ordered an IPhone XR during the sale but the order was delayed for more than week and then was suddenly cancelled.

                        I received an email from customer service that the order was cancelled. I got a call from your customer service and they promised me a flipkart voucher of Rs 2000 and also told me to reorder the IPhone XR (which had increased in price) and another voucher for the price difference after placing the new order.

                        Before placing the new order I contacted the customer care and told him that the white color Iphone wasn't available and asked him whether I would recieve the voucher if I place an order of different color but same iphone, for which he put my call on hold and atlast told me to go ahead and place the order and will recieve the order after the return period is over. I order the phone as a gift for my mother. All thanks to your delivery that surprise was ruined. Then after being repeatedly assured by your customer care I proceeded to buy a new one but at a higher price and a different colorful, same model Iphone for which I had to wait for another 7 days to get it delivered. I had no intention of ordering from you again but did so due to your promise of flipkart vouchers. The person asked me to wait till the return period is over to recieve the voucher . After waiting till the return period is over I called the customer care on 21st August, she wasted another 15min of my time on hold and at last she told me as I ordered a different color I would not be receiving the voucher. have recordings of both the calls with your customer care.

                        Please rectify your mistake and do the needful to follow through on your earlier promise.

                            I have bought Narzo 30 on 17th August and have raised a request on 20th for the return as i am facing several issues with the mobile like Overheating, Network Drops, Battery Draining and many other. But still now I haven't Heard anything I was told technician gonna visit and check the issue and then Will return or replace but still now no one has visited from Flipkart or realme. I have seen several complaints like this on Flipkart that they purposely delay it so that 7 days return policy get over and then they can tell customer that sorry we can't help. This is fraud act carried by Flipkart by giving defective product to the customer.

                                    One month later AirPods refused to charge and so i sent it to Apple, Apple issued me a letter saying product is non genuine whereas i have purchased a genuine product.

                                      This is harsh mamodia from monex mart
                                      We are a handicrafts seller and have been selling on flipkart for almost a year now.
                                      Recently we have faced an issue of suspension of our account due to fraudulent activities as per flipkart.

                                      REASON - SELLER FRAUD
                                      Steps to reactive your account-
                                      Your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activities against customers/Flipkart. As this is a violation of our terms you will not be allowed to sell on the platform.

                                      Team I raised a ticket and I get revert and my account is not activated because it is linked with other suspended seller account, Team I have registered gst prove and bank details. Team without reason why you suspended. Kindly help me
