My flight got cancelled by Airline on Aug 06 2021, I immediately cancelled through Flipkart mobile app and forwarded the flight cancellation proof email to Flipkart travel, till now I didn't get my refund.
I called 15 times to Flipkart customer care, they are saying issue will get resolved in 24 to 48 hours for the past 15 business days, I spoke to supervisor, no use. They are actually not processing my refund and I m really confuse how to get my money 4000 back

    Dear Team,

    I have been a very old customer of flipkart and I have made a payment of 3260/- for flipkart paylater on 30th Aug 2021 and the money was debited from my account but it didnt reflected in my Flipkart account. So, Once again I made the payment on 03rd Sep 2021 for the same and it took a day to reflect in my flipkart account. But the money that was debited from my Bank Account on 30th Aug 2021 has not been refunded yet to me and I have confirmed from my bank that the amount has been credited to the Flipkart account with Idfc whereas Flipkart customer care is not able to clarify the payment status. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. I have tried contacting customer care but they are not able to help me in the same.

      Flipkart E Gift card, not getting redeemed

      I'm trying to apply a gift card costing 3000 INR. Everytime it throws error "EGV Token call failed".
      No one helps from customer support, pathetic service. The customer service bluntly say that they can't help.

        I had purchased a book on Flipkart which I returned on 7/09/2021 and the refund has been processed from the Flipkart facility but I have not received the refund amount yet from your bank.

          This is regarding an order I’d placed through Flipkart on 6th aug. 2 weeks after placing the order, I get a call from Flipkart saying the seller, supercomnet, cannot ship the product, no reason was given and I was asked to cancel the order. I cancelled the order on 24th aug. It’s been over 2 weeks and the refund hasn’t been processed yet. Flipkart support is saying the seller is facing technical issues and is unable to process the refund and wants my bank account details to process the refund. I am not comfortable with sharing my bank account details and was okay with receiving a gift card instead but the seller is unable to process that as well. When I ordered the product through Flipkart, I don’t understand why I’m being given this excuse that the seller is unable to process the refund. What new scam is this being run by Flipkart and these ### sellers?

            Everytime I am calling customer care they tell seller not received the item. So customer should go and pick the material. If within 3-4 I didnot get refund I simply sue you in consumer case with heavy penalty.

                My name is Ankush. I purchased a laptop battery from flipkart in may 2021.It was under one year warranty.I called the customer service centre and its been 20 days..Everytime a new representative says that wait for next three days.Your problem will be solved.I visited the seller address in New delhi their centre has been closed.Now Flipkart is not even picking my calls.

                  Sir,
                  I had ordered Artis BT77 9 W Bluetooth speaker through Flipcart Order No OD[protected]. The delivered product found unsatisfactory as it vibrating noise from speakers. I spoke with Custmer care Sahil who rudely rejected by request & took favor of dealer.
                  Sir, Now i wish to order different speaker from Flipcart only but flipcart site is rejecting my numerous request of refund.
                  It is also intimated that dealers are selling old and used products in the name of policy to flipcart customers.. You are requested to monitor dealer serviceability/ fraud.

                  I request to refund my money so that i can order different product from flipcart site only.

                    Bought asus zenbook 14 for 72k. Laptop is overheating so much, ordered for replacement/refund. Now flipkart will take 17 days to replace.

                    Hats off to customer service who says, its not in their hands and only asus brand will do something.

                      Since last 8 months I am facing online payment issue with Flipkart. And more than 10 times given complaint regarding this issue but Flipkart Don't bother it.

                      Error:- Transection was declined on the basis of risk checks.

                      Tried everything whatever customer care guys told me like reinstall app, deactivate and activate again account, contact to bank, use friends ATM card but error is same.

                      And all those card I can able to use on Amazon, malls others shopping..

                      This issue is only with Flipkart.
                      After few days says issue got resolved and complaint closed but they don't bother to check actually problem got solved or not. Still the issue is same.

                          I ve ordered oneplus buds(Order ID - OD[protected] recently in flipkart 2 days ago, i noticed a issue in buds that it has pairing issues and suddenly voice gets low while i play songs and gets lag while playing games, so i decided to replace it and done process .later jeeves technician had check the buds and noticed the problem and he said that he approved the replacement request, but i later i ve recieved that my return was cancelled, i was shocked .i m really disspointed. I dont kno what to do.plzz solve my problem and flipkart not caring customers priorities .

                              I have already paid my pay later dues (Rs.9996) for account no. 30504345. I have contacted to IDFC first bank to confirm it. they told me that my account is still active and overdue by Rs.9996. I contacted several times to Flipkart and IDFC to resolve it but they are not resolving this.

                                I ordered a Mixer Grinder from Flipkart [Order ID: OD[protected]] on 1 Sep 2021. Ecom Express was there delivery partner. on 4th of Sep i got call from delivery boy, and he told me that item will not be delivered at the doorstep and i have to collect it from their office which is 50km away from my location. i complained this to Flipkart customer care and ecom customer care but nothing happened. the only thing they tell every time is "Be Patient".

                                I ordered this item because i needed it, not for time pass.

                                they attempted 3 times, in which i got two sms saying i was not available and address was unlocatable. they had tried there utmost effort to avoid doorstep delivery. i have call recording as a proof. Finally on 7 sep they cancelled my order and courier partner won because of they are taking customer for granted.

                                I complained more than 10 times but didn't got any solution. this is not the first incident i'm facing every time i order from flipkart they call me to collect item either from there office or 10km away from my location because this area is rural. many times company even charge for delivery.

                                    Hello, I am Vipin Yadav, I Have orderred good knight refill on 5th of august 2021, with order number OD[protected] amounting Rs 253. I have waited for the order to recieve but when it didn't delivered then i go to check the order status and it is showing delivered.
                                    then i talked to flipkart customer care and they said we will look into this, when i did not get the reply, i again complaint on this but they didnot provide the complaint number, instead the send a msg stating " issue created for the same order number".
                                    I am Totally shocked about this incident. This was the small amount order, what if it is large amount order. I would have gone mad.

                                      I ordered 2 Khushi Sharara Suits (Same color and print but different size. 1 for myself and 1 for my sister to wear on Rakhi ) from Flipkart wide order no. OD[protected]. I received the packet on 3rd Aug and paid Rs.1510 cash on delivery. When i opened the parcel, there was only 1 suit inside. i contacted the customer care executive and told him that i have received only 1 suit instead of two.
                                      He registered my complaint and told me that i ll get the refund with in 5-6 days. After 8th or 9th aug i again contacted the customer care executive and it was told to me that a mail has been sent to me to provide ID proof which somehow i missed to check. Immediately i mailed my ID proof also to them. Next day i got message that my return request has been rejected. Again i contacted the exe. again i mailed my ID and again i got the same message that request has cancelled. I kept on requesting them again n again to refund my hard earned my as i haven't received the product and paid for the same but all in vein. They even blocked my account enable me not to contact them. Last i contacted them on 26th Aug after which i understood that my money has gone now and flipkart wont pay me back. This is highly unethical on their part. Its their fault that they packed 1 suit instead of 2 and invoice was made of 2 suits.
