Im trying to exchange my device with flipkart and they are unable to recognise my imei number although yesterday they had recognised it..today it is constantly showing that the number is not matching my device I tried with Amazon and there it is perfectly fine..is it a scam by flipkart please help...

Flipkart app used to recognise my phones EMEI number, and i was ready with the exchange process. And from today,[protected] flipkart mobile app is not recognising my EMEI number. The number shows up after clicking the 'find my EMEI number' but doesn't verifies it.
Hope you guys get this complaint and do the needful to make it right.

I purchased 2 sets of Sony headphones from Flipkart. After some time the outer layer of the headphones came off and they started looking terrible. I have ordered 15 Kurtis in one order for my mother. I received only 12 Kurtis and 3 were Missing. The delivery boy said the 3 products are inside other products package and he took the OTP and left. As it was middle of the day and I had office work I didn't open all the package. I was returning Kent Ace extra.They first approved it, I got notified about the pick up, (everyday I got notified about the pickup for 4 days but no one would turn up) making me thing that some action in was being taken and then suddenly cancel the return after making me wait till the 10 days are over in order to say that the product is no longer "within the return period".

I tried to exchange my phone with another phone from Flipkart and they says that the imei number does not matching with my vivo Y53 and other vivo phones...

I am a plus member of Flipkart. Still Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not...

Google pay through pay flip cart account for purchase a product but upi merchant transition good and service not provided the amount is 1499 at 28/04/2021. But the money is not recived iny account steel now . Flip cart says the money is not Recived in their account. But money is deducted in my account.

start from the first ac not working properly/maybe outdoor unit mat not be installed properly(starting from first month, please enquire your engineer)

I am using Samsung Mobile Model M21. The handset was purchased through Flipkart some 8 months ago. Presently the phone does not work as there is some issue with its switch on and switch off. I am not able to switch on the phone now. It is within warranty period.
