[Resolved] Flipkart — Lenovo k3 note delayed delivery | |||
I have ordered for Lenovo K3 Note (OD[protected] through registered sale on 29th July 2015 and the expected date of delivery was 3 Aug 2015. Since I didn't receive on the fore said date and the Tracking information was same from 1st August 2015 I called the customer care on 4th August 2015 for knowing the status of the order. He updated that the customer support team will be updating me by 6 Aug 2015 4.00 pm. On 6 August 4.01 pm I received a mail from flipkart CST saying that "We are continuing to look into your issue on priority. We reassure you that we will resolve your problem by 06 Aug, 4:00 PM.". And I didn't receive any intimation. I am not sure what they mean by assurance. I called the customer care and they intimated that they have rescheduled the time and they will call on 7Aug 2015. I also received a mail saying 'We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 07 Aug, 4:30 PM to get back to you.'. This product was ordered to be given as a gift, which is already spoiled. I have few questions to FK 1. What is the use of having a Registered sale? Instead I could have got it from amazon.com (not India). 2. Is this the customer service provided by flipkart? 3. How will we trust it again? Was this information helpful? | |||

Today I received a mail saying that they 'can not contact me and asking for my updated number / mail id' @ 11.37 AM, for which I responded "I am available now plz call me" @ 11.48AM (screen shot attached). Till now (5.20 PM) there is no response from the FlipKart team and now once again they started the Tracking from Bangalore (screen shot attached).

Once after this Flipkart customer care called me @1.06 pm on 8th Aug 2015. And updated that the pin code which I entered was wrong (The funny thing is that the same flipkart has delivered products to me with this same pincode earlier. :-).), so they can't deliver the product, and they told me either to go for cancellation / order a new product. I don't want to go with flipkart any more so I just asked them to cancel my order, and the amount will be refunded with in 8 working days (who cares it is our money any how not flipkarts). I just deactivated my account from flipkart.
