My phone Lenovo K5 Plus had some problems so I requested for return and I was offered replacement but that didn't took place due to communication error.Now I ask for refund of same since I'didnt get the replacement within timelines, but they offer replacement again which I no longer need. Last time the problem was same and I was offered refund 2nd time as the replacement didn't took place due to some issues with seller. Now this time why don't they provide me refund as per their policy and confirmation from their executive. My order id is OD[protected]. Verified Support Mar 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Refund is initiated on 4th March and within 8 business days it would reflect in his account as per standard banking procedure. Closing the complaint from our side.
