[Resolved]  Flipkart — lg double door refrigerator

I am writing to let you know that i was ordered a double door lg refrigerator from your service retailer flipkart, but when we open that product the particular product was damaged. We inform our complaint on you in 05-09-20 but, your customer care says us that our wizmaster go and check your product after that they will change that product but till now we're waiting but doesn't respond. Only received your call daily just took our complaint forwarding to another person. We are currently survive the circumstances surrounding the problem and you will hear the same thing from 04-08-20 but no response regarding the matter.
Please letting us know of your concern, and we don't have patience while we explore this
