Pleace Redmi K20 tempered glass and received it on 24 August 2020.

Shocked to see that the item ordered is different and received is different.

Reached out to customer care there and they replied only one answer you ordered tempered glass you received tempered glass and disconnected the call.

I do not understand like if you order gold received silver coin as both are coins is that acceptable. The above response is like that shameless answer.

      I had made an online purchase of Mi 4A TV Order ID OD[protected] on 12 Aug2020 and the cost of Rs. 12499 was debited from my Paytm account UPI REF. id[protected]
      But the company refuses to have received my online payment and has thus, chosen to delay my order. Kindly refund the money or make a successful acceptance of the money so that I can get my delivery at the earliest.

          I have ordered Redmi8 new mobile wirth ₹9999/- from flipkart. The day when i received the product i totally unsatisfied with it.. The product is not performing as i expected according to it's specification, hence i have the refund request for the same..i have requested them to refund the amount and take your product.. But they are not accepting my refund request and rejecting it everytime saying install some settings on it, etc. The product come with refund and return policy, if i found something wrong in product quality, i have right to refund the product as per rules and terms & conditions. However the seller is still not accepting the refund request. And abusing as well as forcing me to keep the product.
          I just want my refund. Please help me to recover my money.

            I place one order on flipkart on 15th august, on that time they promised me to deliver my product on 21st August. But till today - 24th august i didnt got my order & also no any update or details. just shows that issue resolved on 26th. but why i can wait? after given me promised date. & issue resolved means what. just give my answer on 26th or my product delivered to me on that day.. This is not good. after promising not delivering on time. I need a compensation for that..

                I order Realme Narzo 10A and I received the product and it was working fine, after 2 days suddenly the display got blanked, I couldn't see anything o the screen.
                Therefore I requested for return/replacement within their policy of the service.
                After 3 days the request was rejected without any resolution and now whenever I call them they always say that the issue will be resolved by 24hrs, 48hrs, and so. but the issue still remains.

                  I bought the about brought on 16th August which was delivered on 19th August and installed on 20th August. After installation i found the noise in the speaker system and it appears the quality of product is not good. I submitted request for return of this product on 22nd August and today a technician came from Jeeves consumer services and inspected the product and found my compliant true and genuine. Flipkart is giving option of replacement but I do not want a replacement and request to give me refund for this product so that i can buy some other better quality product from Flipkart.

                  As per flipkart the return validity of this product is upto 29th August. I have bought this product online due to advantage of return option in case product quality is not good and i do not get value for money.

                  On the same day I bought another product Sony BDV E4100 and very happy with the product quality

                    I ordered a product on flipkart with tracking id: FMPP[protected] on 21 August and product was shown with expected delivery date 25 August. It reached flipkart mother hub, Bengaluru and not left there for two days.either it got blocked there or they simply delayed it. I ordered the product only because of the delivery date which would be comfortable to be and the product is urgent to me for the coming few days.if it is still in Bengaluru then it cannot reach me tomorrow as average courier time taken from Bengaluru to my location is generally 2-3 days.then this would be the complete avoiding the consumer rights as they sold the product with promised delivery date.if they cannot deliver the product on that day then why should they assure it??Flipkart often changes the delivery dates on there own without thinking about the consumer. I would require the product atleast before 30th August .please do the proper arrangements to make it delivered as fast as required.

                      I want to say that I had ordered a boat stone (1500) speaker on date 5th August 2020 from Flipkart, which MRP price is 6999 but due to big saving days sale I got it at price of 3999 . They said to deliver it on 14 th August 2019, but they didn't contact me, I complaint customer care many times, that said that " sorry due to some technical issues we were not delivered your order at time, " they promised me that you will get your order soon, 5 times I visited to e kart office but they relate and gave me different different times. They miss behave with me, talked me in scolding manner and said me to get out, I decided to complaint in police against them, but I thought it's a small issue, Due to this I wasted my precious time and energy, by later complaint they said that your issue will be resolved by 21st August., Bt they call me at 22 August and suggest me to cancel my order I said it's not good I wait such a long time visited to your instakart service private limited office as per your wish I said them please try to deliver, no issue of late delivery. But on next day I received order cancellation notification, they did without my permission.

                      Sir, I am Flipkart plus member
                      I am his regular customer, but this time I am fully disappointed, sir here no matter of money, but I need that product which I wants to give my brother as a birthday gift,
                      If I will order it again then why I will pay 6999 rupees which is 3000 more than my previous order, for more details please watch order images..

                          I rohit kumar and my flipkart number [protected] and my concern is about my account as my account is blocked and my amount is stucked with flipkart you people blocked my account when i complaint regarding my product and still i didt get my money for the product as daily i am compaining and calling to call centers they are always giving me 72hrs time line for resolution see i am already sent a mail to you so many times but no one is responding even i tweeted my concern but still i didt get any resolution always you peoples are saying “trust we have classified shame on your company flipkart this is big company and you people are making me fool and fraud as its my huge amount of rs32995 from last 4 months i am complaining and struggling this is lockdown time but no one is ready to resolve my issue what is this service issue also and there is no proper help to the customers even i saw in the social platforms all the social handles i have checked everybody is suffering try issues to understand me i want my money i have paid huge amount and from the march month i am complaing regarding my return of product you can see that 4 times my return request has been cancelled from your end i want the account to be unblocked and iniate the refund of rs 32995 as already 4 months i have waited but you people are sending me the copy paste replies and i would like to inform you that in my account there is no email id is registerd at the time of account signup i was not updated any email so on call with flpkart customer care they haven’t updated till now and kindly reply back here and please don’t send me the same copy paste messege as number of returns you are stating but i request you to check i have given return request because it’s wrong item deliverd to me kindly provide my account to be unblocked and inaite the refund and update this email [protected]@gmail.com i dont know wherther they updated my email or not because whenever i am writting complaint over the mail i am not getting any reply here and your call centers are saying we have send a mail to you and reply to that mail and as i can check there is no mails from your end istead of offer mails of flipkart atlast kindly call me regarding my issue please try to understand flipkart already its 4month over but i did’nt receive my money during this lockdown you peoples are just giving me 72hrs time to resolve the issue like that but its completly fake commitments there so many complaint its above 100 times complaints i am mentioneing the order is here ;- od[protected]

                              I received a damage item on 23/07/2020 same day i called customer care they said it will be replacement 31/jul/2020 and no one come, again call customer care they said it will be delivery 02/08/2020 and no one come, again i call customer care they said it will be delivery on 08/08/2020 and no one come, again i call customer care they said it will be delivery on 17/08/2020 and no one come, again i call customer care they said it will be before 24/aug and today is 24/Aug no one come or no call received from Flipcart. i send many email but there is no reply from flipcart.

                              this is how flip-cart service, they just want to take money there is no solution if you received any damage item.

                                I purchased realme air buds and received on 17th August, i immediately found out that it is defective and not fitting into my ears. I asked for refund and they told me to go for service center in this lockdown time. So, I raised formal complaint to them and chasing for more than a week and no response from them and not at all updating me on the resolution. My 4K is with them and i do not want to keep this useless product with me. They don't know how to treat customers. They lost one valuable customer.

                                  I ordered my phone on 10th of August the promised delivery date given to me was 20th of August, it reached the nearest hub on 19th of August but still wasn't delivered to me saying "it has been cancelled as it could not be delivered even after multiple attempts" when the truth is that it was never out for delivery, no calls were made to resolve the problem and I was at the delivery adress at all times. Then today they cancelled the order. I need this issue resolved and I NEED MY ORDER NOT A REFUND. They can't just cancel the orders just because they're not able to deliver on time. You need to improve on this.

                                  I bought my Motorola One fusion plus in Jan 2021, and it has not even been five months o[censored]sage, that the screen broke. It fell from the bed, and got damaged severely. I did not expect that. I bought motorola in full confidence that it was one of the sturdiest handset out there. As it claimed. But seems like they are selling cheap stuff ! Both Flipkart and Motorola. I want refund or exchange.

                                      Dear team jeeves,

                                      Hope this mail finds you well!!!

                                      I am writing this mail in a very disappointing circumstances because my kodak tv which i purchased in december 2018 and took an extended warranty (Invoices attached) is not working since last week.

                                      The point of disappointment is due to following

                                      1. I lodged a complaint on 14th august 2020 and engineer (Mr arshu) visited on 17th august 2020 and found pcb faulty on the basis of his diagnosis which he told us it will take a week for the pcb to be replaced.
                                      2. Engineer completed the call on 18th august 2020 with remarks "customer has rescheduled for another two day" which i got to know when i called the service centre number [protected] (The number was given by mr arshu).
                                      My question is if the machine is faulty how an engineer can close the service call with wrong information?

                                      3. I called the service centre again then they said you please get the complaint lodged again which i did on 18th august and till today 21st 2020 i was not contacted by anyone. Even the call is also not registered till now for service
                                      4. Today is 24th august and nobody has visited till now

                                      This made me dissapointed customer for flipkart and jeeves
                                      Next time i shall think so many times before purchasing anything from flipkart
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
