1) lg oven: the seller promoted on the app that he will be providing starter kit along with the oven because of which i placed the order for this specific oven, unfortunately they did not provide the kit. After receiving the order i realised that this seller is fooling all the customers as there were many complaints raised by the other customers that they are not receiving the starter kit. I decided to talk to flipkart about this and i was offered a compensation of 500rs which is something i declined. All i asked them to do is ask the seller to send the starter kit hence i was promised by the last rep i spoke with that i will be getting the starter kit in few days. Since then i have not heard anything from flipkart. Really stunned with the way flipkart is operating its business they don't have any control on their sellers and customer service advisors.

2) bajaj 3l geyser: i placed the order for bajaj geyser and when i received the delivery i realised that its a different model than the one i had placed the order for. Although i received a wrong product i still decided to keep the geyser. Once the new geyser was installed it did not warm the water at all. I tried to place the request to return the geyser and get the refund however flipkart did not give me an option for refund hence i had to go for replacement of the product. Why is flipkart deciding which product i should be keeping don't i have the right to decide this myself. I am sure that the product that i received is duplicate and not original as branded product like these don't go faulty so soon. Why is flipkart quiet and not taking any action against such sellers who are fraud and don't know how to treat their customers. Flipkart is responsible for all the issues that any customer faces as all the products are sold on their name/app/website. Hence they should be careful and focussed towards customer service and not only minting money.

All is expect is the starter kit from flipkart like promised and want a refund for duplicate geyser that i have received.
Hope for a quick resolution before i take this further.

I have received a call reg that I have own a car on lucky draw.They were using using your brand name stating that I have to pay 15000rs in advance to get that car and that will be a one day offer.They were telling my address correctly.How my informations get misused like this???
