Sir,
A marq ac split invertor 3 star was procured in name of mrs suman sahoo (Wife), which invoice was attached (With contact detail) in photo vide order id od[protected]. The unit worked well for 2 month and on[protected] it went out of order with fault code e-6. Complain was lodged and ticket no. 9f18-36806anschi-9491718 allotted. On[protected], technician visited site and identified that indoor main card is out of order and required card replacement. From that day on wards i am repeatedly contacted marq customer care e-mail id, hot line number but no action. "card sourcing is in progress, please wait", their answer to my query.in mean while i contacted to head-cs and grievance vide e-mail id and on[protected], i got an e-mail from flipkart that the installed ac will be dismantled by jeeves service technician, packed and will be sent to their warehouse. After receiving the same, new ac will be send to me. From that day onward i am getting sms regarding technician visit for dismantle and rescheduling everyday. Even in sms it was intimate that you are tried to be contacted and will be contacted latter (Without a single call).
Sir,
1. Is it wise to dismantle ac which can be set alright with card, that can be sent in one/two day.
2. Secondly for each such card problem they will send a new ac as proposed this time.
3. How it will be wise to vent gases to environment as the compressor is not operable without this card.
4.in case of dismantling, why they are not refunding money instead of sending a new unit.
5. They may also charge installation after a new delivery as per flipkart site.
After all i am without ac for last one month and it may take months together for rectification of the same if such process continue.
