[Resolved]  Flipkart — marq 6kg washing machine dryer spinner not working

I have purchased this washing machine in the big billion day sales in october 2019 but the spinner of this machine is not working.
I did not test the spinner on the day of delivery and after contacting the flipkart team it was notified that no installation is required by any personnel for that and after almost 2 months it came to my notice that the dryer is not working when i had tried to use the dryer for the very first time. Since then i have been following up with the flipkart team with no resolution and only answer we are receiving is that we are looking into the matter. How ridiculous.
