    Sir, i booked "realme 6" mobile through flipkart on 22.03.2020. Till now many delivery dates changed and not yet even started from seller. Many times called flipkart customer care but no response. No option to contact seller: vision star. And it's a prepaid order.

      Dear sir / madam,

      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: phones and accessories

      The issue that i have experienced was: we have ordered realme 5 pro (8gb, 128gb) crystal green on 21st march 2020.
      Since the date of delivery is being postponed and now on 5th june 2020 they canceled my order using my money for more than 2 months.
      The product was out for delivery on 22nd may 2020 still they didn't deliver it.
      When others like amazon are delivering why aren't they able to deliver it?
      On customer care they said it will deliver surely by 6th june.

      It occurred on: 5/06/2020

      I just want my product to be delivered as promised by them.
      I just waited for it and didn't cancelled for more than 2 months

      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

        I buy poco x2 on 4 may around 12 am, and i cancelled it in within 5 minutes because i want to change colour of mobile.
        Payment was made prepaid of rs 17999,
        11000 flipkart gift card nd remaining 6980 rs through central bank of india debit card,
        11000 rs refund got me that night my flipkart wallet but remaining rs 6980 refund money didn't credited in my bank account till, flipkart saying they have credited it, its ur bank problem and they gave me reference number.
        Then i had talk to higher authority of central bank of india officer pune region, they said bank can't do anything with reference number, we got previously 3-4 cases like this, flipkart misleading customer, they don't deposit in bank and said they did.
        I have recording of central bank of india officer as well as my bank statement
        Bank officer said that ask them for proof of money deposition recipt or arn number only then they can help me,
        They said on this reference number there is no transaction, no money transfer to ur bank account by flipkart,

          Today i have ordered a mobile realme narzo 10a (So blue, 32 gb) i have sms confirmation also. But after that it got cancelled automatically. They have given the explanation because of limited stock if stock is not there there should not be buy option. Same issue happend twice with me. I didnt get any proper responce from customer care

            Flipkart cancelled my order of 445 rs.. They said that it has refunded from our side on 16th may 2020 and you will receive it by 26th may, but i didn't received nay refund by that date. Then i contacted their customer service and they asked for my bank statement which i sent them and then i got the response from them that the issue has been resolved and now you have to contact your bank. I again contacted them and told them that i can't visit the bank right now as i live in indore and it is one of corona hotspot area so it will be not safe for me to visit any public places right now and also my bank branch is far for my place so its not safe to travel. I also tried contacting the bank's customer care but was unable to do so. I told them all this and that guy from the flipkart service told me that you don't have to worry now, we will do the further process and asked me to wait till 4th june and told me that our flipkart agent will contact you before that. But i didn't got any call or message from their side so i again contacted them on 4th june and that guy again told me to wait and i will forward your complaint and all which i have already heard before on all previous calls. I asked him to forward this call to some senior team or something so that i don't have to explain this new guy again and again and they will better understand it but he deny that and said he can't do that and told me to wait for 24 hours and your query will definitely get resolved and i even got one message from flipkart stating that ' to provide us time till 5th june 2020 1:34 pm and we will get back to you' and also this no one has called from their side and my issue is still not resolved..

            I have seen other complaints here and most of them are for refund related queries so i think flipkart s doing this with most of its customer..
            And also the order has been cancelled by your side so why do i visit the bank and take a risk of going out in such situation...

            There was another product also which i returned because that product was not the one which i had ordered and i have not got the refund of that one also. It's last date was 2nd june.. And i told them about this one also and they have told me the same thing as ii mentioned above to contact the bank...

            Such a poor service by flipkart and i think i made a mistake by choosing the option of payment before delivery...

              Hello team, i was buy refrigerator from flipkart dated 24-may-2020 order id-od[protected].
              We received damage product bottle rack was break from one side and also not happy with bottle space. I was raised return request on same day when delivery received but after 2 days return was rejected.
              Again i was raised return request and engineer visit schedule engineer visit completed on 30th may 2020 but no update show in filpkart app and yesterday 4th jun 20 return request again cancelled without any solution i am very disappoint to see. I was raised 2 time request for return but cancel both the time and today is the last date as per return policy when i will try to raised request again it will show error and not accept my request then contact with customer care they said we registered your complaint but can't raised return request and i am also not assure they will help me because i was contact so many time to customer care but still issue not resolve that's why use social media platform please support me to return this product i want my money back as a good customer totally believe on flipkart and buy almost 60 k product in last 10 days. But this type service is not a trustworthy please resolve the issue on immediate basis

We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has scheduled the pickup from your address by 26 Jun 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 9 business days as per standard banking procedures.

                My name is karuna pillai. Karuna17. [protected]@gmail.com is the registered mail id i use to login my flipkart account. I had made a booking with flipkart travel on the 21st oct 2019 for a flight ticket from trivandrum to kochi for 2 passengers and the booking did not happen and the payment of 8179 rupees got deducted from my account the transaction id for the payment deducted is s81834409.
                I filed a complaint with flipkart on oct 29th 2019 and they said the payment is stuck with payment gateway and to please ask ur bank to get the issue solved. So after that i spoke to the bank officials and the payment was refunded to flipkart on 4th nov’19 from the payment gateway the transaction id for that is 5641.
                When i spoke the flipkart executive they said the payment will been refunded to you within 5-10 day it will reflect in ur account which till today has not happened till date.
                In the month of decemer '19 when i spoke to flipkart again they said to send my account details and 3 months statement to check whether the amount had come in or not.
                After that every three days since december i have been following up with
                Since the past one month once in every three days i call this number [protected] your travel help number it says they line is busy officials are busy for like 30 mins and automatically the call gets disconnected.
                I have even mailed travel help and they keep saying they are working on the issue since months and will get back and till now nobody has replied had called from the flipkart team nor have i got my money refunded.

                  I have a flipkart account with flipkart plus active. I am a regular customer.

                  I want to update my mobile number on the flipkart account, i don't have access to the old mobile number. This doesn't seem possible.

                  I tried contacting flipkart customer support but that also seems impossible. The number given on their website is always busy. Their old customer support id [protected]@flipkart.com no longer works. I am at a loss as to how to reach their customer support.

                          My flipkart account is having cardless credit facility, due to some technical issues no payment link and bill is provided every month from last November 2019.I have complained several times but no resolution is provided. I was ready to pay all due amount but no action taken by flipkart. Due to all this I was told to pay penalty and I have recently checked my cibil, your such delay effected my cibil and dropped down my cibil score due overdue amount exist.All these actions not only affecting me mentally but also financially its ruining my financial image.this is my last call for flipkart after this if proper action not taken I m bound to go to consumer complaint.For your convenience my complaint references ID is IN[protected].

According to flipkart they processed my refund and it was done to my upi linked account by 29 may. But i checked my upi transactions as well as my bank account statements.                               Dear Sir,

                              I have purchased an Air conditioner from Flipkart which was delivered on 25th May 2020. As per the company commitment, the installation of this air conditioner shall be before May 29th. But it has been 10 days that Flipkart have not send any installation person to get this unit installed. I have tired to follow up more than 20 times in this period, but still we didn't recieved any information from Flipkart. The only message I received is "Team is working to resolve this issue and Please wait for today"

                              I have requested Flipkart to return this Air conditioner unit and refund the money back, but they not responding to this request. They are saying that there policy is to replace and not return. Hence I request your support into this matter to get it resolved. Below is the order number.

                              Flipkart chor type ki company hai...they cancels prepaid order itself after two months of keeping money with them, but when customer rightfully asks to return they tell that there is only replacement possible, no return. Worst online portal, don't use.

                                I have order a item flipkart delivery partner is not deliver it in expected date they increase several time the delivery date at last I am fed up with this so I cancel the item, flipkart block my account, they have not inform about this on calling to customer care no they replying that I have cancel item so its block . I am asking them if you are not able to deliver item than I have rights to cancel it its paid item not a free. My amount on hold because of your negligence, so I cancel item and book from other place then why are you block my account for your negligence.

                                Order No OD[protected] is canceled because after couple of time expected delivery date extended
                                yet your delivery partner not deliver the item.
                                order No OD[protected] is returned because you have delivered wrong product as it was shown
                                Pushup bra in your app but you have delivered T-shirt Bra I HAVE
                                ATTACHED IMAGE.

                                Here Its clearly showing that all above 3 items have been canceled due to Flipkart Negligence.

                                why you have blocked my account for your bad service if you will deliver actual and original product as in time what you promise than no one canceled order.

                                    Hi,

                                    Have purchased Realme 6 Pro mobile from Flipkart on 22-Mar-20 which was delivered on 22-May-20 (Delayed due to COVID lockdown). After using couple of Days Mobile restarted its own periodically. For this return request is lodged in Flipkart App. Against return request, Customer Care Executive contacted me to resolve the issue. According to him, I have done factory reset & observed the mobile. Again while working restart issue is not solved hence second return request is Lodged.
                                    Against second request, Technician from Nagpur visited to home & review the mobile. During his 15 minutes revised Mobile was not restarted hence he advise to take Video once the mobile restart at its own. On the same day mobile against restarted its own hence third return request lodged & Video of mobile restart incident captured & forwarded to concern Technician.
                                    I have already taken up so much follow with your team but my issue is not solved.
                                    I request Flipkart to take back this item & refund the amount asap. If Flipkart is ready to replace this mobile with new one, it is ok with me as delivered product is faulty one.
                                    Please resolve the issue asap & arrange to lift the mobile & follow the refund.
