    I had booked a flight in indigo airlines through flipkart for june 9th from madurai to amritsar. Unfortunately, indigo have cancelled their flights due to some issue from their side. They have given the flight booked amount in the form of credit shell which can be utilized for future booking within 1 year. This amount can only be accessed by the flight booked agent which is flipkart.

    I have to travel to the destination without fail due to my work emergency. After multiple discussion with the flipkart customer service, they are not providing any re-schedule or not providing any refund. They say that no flights are available for any day which i mention to travel.

    They say all sorts of fake reasons and now the flight charges have increased.

    Need to file a compliant against them regarding this issue.

        Yesterday i contacted customer care to use my credit note for the rescheduling flight from blr-lko and i paid fair difference of rs 1600 extra. But i did not receive any booking confirmation.

        I tried calling customer care so many time but not able to connect. Please help me on this.

          Flipcart has now formed a racket to extract money from customer. Yesterday i am one of the victim of this racket. I ordered an iphone against their exchange offer. Before ordering i entered every details of the exchangeable iphone and then they accepted the order and i paid the amount (Which was quite high) online. Flipcart website clearly explains the condition of acceptance of the exchangeable iphone. Yesterday the delivery boy came (Whom. They name very polished way as ekart delivery executive) and just seeing the phone which i wanted to exchange, he said it can’t be taken and i have to pay the money against this exchangeable phone for which he will not give a receipt also. I asked what is the reason of rejection which he said he will not answer. I said as per flipcart norms the phone is perfect but he went on insisting for the money. I refused to pay and registered complaint with their customer care who said they will take more than one month to resolve. I have recorded the vdo of conversation with the ekart executive which is to my dismay a surprising cheating. Dear friends flipcart is running a big racket now, they take your money, don’t supply as per their conditions and rejects the exchange offer upfront through their delivery boy and asks money without receipt. Please refrain from any exchange offer deal with flipkart. I am taking up the issue in consumer govt portal. I am a senior citizen and perhaps they after seeing i am a senior citizen wanted to cheat more. Pls stop buying anything in exchange offer [protected]@flipcart...             Ordered date thursday 19/03/2020

            Waited almost 3 month for led because of lockdown condition

            As i was not worried about my money and the situation covid 19 was waiting for condition to get normal and get my product deliver

            On may 28/05/2020 i got call from customer care and they updated me thât i will receive product on 31/05/2020

            The customer care guy was so rud and so am i told him that amzon is giving delivery and why not flipkart

            After the call disconnected i was relaxed and hope was on 31/05/2020 but after few hours i got text message thât my order is cancelled and your problem resolved

            I lost my loan procesing fees, wasted 3 months, so bad behavior

            Kindly deliver my product to me or else give me loss

              I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number [protected] few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otp are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. So i can't able to update my mobile number.
              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                I have ordered a set of 4 shampoos, out of which they have delivered only 3 shampoo.
                I had called the executive to complain about this issue five times. They always tell to wait & never gives response to solve this problem.
                They have taken the money for whole product but had delivered only few.
                They cheated us. They always do this & doesn't give response after that.
                On top of that when u call the executive, they tell u to hold & suddenly cut your call.

                  I tried to order olay cream 399 and kid mask 200 total 599. I initiated internet banking payments. Amount got debited but order does not placed. Again i tried doing the order it got successful. I do not see any refund till now for the 1st transaction attempt. See the bank statement attached. Kindly do the refund.

                      Have ordered samsung s9 plus and they had delivered me samsung s9. When i requested them replacement of the product they had informed me that they will replace the product with in 3 days and in these 3days there is no response from the team and when i asked about this situation they asked extra 24 hours for the replacement. And after that 24 hours they requested another 72 hours extra time for the replacement and they repeat same process took extra 48 horus. When i contacted about this issue they informed me that the replacement is approved and it will take 48 hours for the update in the flipkart app. And today i. E.[protected] they have informed me that the product is out of stock and your product can't be replaced. But when i came into the flipkart account it is clear showing the product is in stock

                              Now a days Flipkart coming in a big brand cheater list. Since I ordered AC before placing order it self checked expected delivery date as 28th May 2020 but today date as 01/Jun/2020. I am calling daily basis to their customer care number [protected] they are simply telling they don't have update on the product status they forwarded into respective back end team. After that also i did not get any update note here i paid full amount to them.

                              Please make this company in one of the cheater list and escalate it to flipkart.

                              I tracked in EKART logistics page too displaying it arrived near by Hub(Sivakasi) on 26th May 2020 12:25 PM as per EKART logictics page tracking . I went directly to sivakasi on 01st June 2020 today since it is very near by my delivery address, why they didn't delivery it and asked them they said there is no package they received from their end.

                              So i came here to raise customer complaint here to escalate it, COVID-19 time money itself a big problem for us. But i paid full settlement for them to get a product they are irritating me and creating hyper tension to me in their customer care people answers.

                              Please review attached screenshots and do a needful action with flipkart.

                              Received some emails and sms texts like resolved by 2nd Jun, 4th Jun, 5th Jun, 6th Jun and today(6th Jun) I got again sms/email as like will be resolved my issue on 8th Jun 2020. But my order placed date as 24 May 2020 and at placing order the expected delivery date as 28th Jun 2020. Now the dates gone and keep going I did not get my product which is ordered with full payment. I needs quick solution on it.

                                  I ordered asics shoes from flipkart order no. Od[protected] but received different pattern of shoes. I request for return but flipkart delaying the matter saying we will get back to you later i'm facing so much trouble and harreshment i never face soo much trouble as i face since 8th march first they said due to covid 19 we are unable to help you now they said the return time period is over.

                                      I booked tickets from Pune to ranchi via Bangalore due to government rule flight cancel and i got the amount in use credit sell while i try to book other flights and use the credit sell unable to use

                                        I have a flight PNR: ALBZ6N through Flipkart for an Indigo flight which was cancelled. The amount was blocked by Indigo as a credit shell. But I am unable to use it on Indigo as it says I have booked through Flipkart. Flipkart has no option to use the credit shell of Indigo as MMT does and is not responding to any of my emails or calls in this regard. There are also no policies for usage of credit shell on Flipkart. I want Flipkart, as the travel agent, to process my credit shell so that I can book an Indigo Flight.
