[Resolved]  Flipkart — marq led tv replacement issue

I had received the TV with display damage. The replacement request was raised on same date. The technical visit arranged and replacement accepted for new TV.

The damaged TV picked on Monday 8th april but still status not updated regarding pickup is done. I contacted customer care three time for a week. The pickup status not yet updated as done.

And also new TV shipment not initiated, please help me to get my new replacement TV or money.

I had affected mentally due to this follow-up process.

kindly help me to get my new replaced TV.
