Hello allthis is to bring to your kind attention that i have recently register a complaint regarding washing machine service. I purchased marq washing machine from flipkart. This product does not work properly. So i request for repair this product on 1 oct 2019 But flipkart and your all service executive is not taking seriously. Every timing whenever i'm calling your all executives saying different thing. First timing they said you'll get repair your product, second timing they said you'll replacement and now this is third time they saying you will get refund. Now im very depressed. And even i'm not getting any update your side. This is the good relations between flipkart and us please don't spoil it. Since the product was delivered to you on 01 Jul 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

Hi, I Ordered one Samsung TV whose amount is deducted from my account but order not confirmed, they told me to wait for two three days but now around 10 are over I m still not getting my refund, they still increasing days n delay the process, so please help me
