I have ordered a led no tv 55 inch & accordingly tv delivered on 01.10.19. Since more than one week left tv installation has not been done. I contact r with customer care daily. But it is regretfully informed that they promised we send tomorrow. It is not possible the customer day to day follow for installation it's their duty. Once delivered with in 3 days they insta tv automatically. It seems very very bad for flipcart.

    The person named kanhaiya comes to deliver the led uses wrong language with me and without any regards finding the unnecessary mistakes in the product which he had to replace. He shows nuisance. He troubled the customer alot. I'm very upset with flip kart team as they give trouble to customer. I m never buy anything from flip kart and say to others not to buy anything from flip kart. I'm deeply upset with flip kart.

      I have ordered puma shoes from flipkart on 29th september. Not yet delivered the order though i am living in city like pune. When i am trying to track the order it's shown that delivery is expected on october 3rd..!! What is wrong with your app platform.. So i enquired several times with your customer service representative. Every time they used to say will solve within 24hrs.. Now several days gone like that. What should i do?? Please help.

        Hello sir
        A replacement request has placed on 3rd nov 2019 against flipkart order no od[protected] on the basis of device overheating, unusual vibrations while on a call and screen non functioning. This request has made within 48 hours of product delivery with the concern of flipkart customer service team. Then a technician visit has scheduled on 4th nov 2019 to solve the issue but he denies to accept it which leads to replacement rejection. On the same day again i raised a complaint with id - in[protected] on the basis of device issues and improper review by the technician. And i was promised to get the issue to be solved by 7th nov 2019.
        But till now i do not find any cordiality from flipkart on behalf of this issue. Two more days be like this and then i cannot even concerns the problem since the policy of flipkart will be over. I have paid the justified amount for the device and getting a defective one. Since this is an e-commerce platform, flipkart is taking the advantages of defective products and denying the replacement policy. So kindly look into my issue and take action on such backstabbing activity. Hoping your positive response. Thank you.

        Technician visit has scheduled from flipkart on 10th Oct 2019 after the registration of complaint. But he denies to accept the truth like the vibration issue and screen lagging and cannot even find out weather it is a software issue or hardware issue. Rather advised me to reset the device to factory mode and closed the ticket. I am really dissatisfied with the product performance, the service provided by flipkart and the seller. I have no idea how to deal with flipkart and the seller in case the product received is defective as they denies to accept the replacement policy and may be this is the way to drain out the defective pieces. And now it is up to consumer forum for a consumer rights. Thank You.

          I purchased a realme 5 phone during big billion days from flipkart on 2nd october 2019, the product came on 5th october and the delivery executive refused to accept the exchange of my product. My issue is as per rejection policy mentioned on website, my phone doesn't qualify for exchange rejection. Although i asked to pay minimum amount eligible for exchange, but it is rejected and order cancelled by flipkart.in name of exchange flipkart is just showcasing big amount of orders received. But in actual wishmasters are not delivering properly as per policy guidelines. This is all is leading to lot of wastage of time and resources of customer like us. They should clearly mention in policy all the details. I am attaching policy for rejection as mentioned on website. Please help to get product delivered.

            Hi, the refund of my order id-od[protected] is not provided yet by flipkart. I have chased them in many ways, social media and on call but the shameless company is cheating us. They have not refunded my amount of rs 15, 999 and on complaining my account is blocked. I followed up for unblocking my account but they don't reply. I stopped purchasing from them and moved to myntra and amazon.

            They are fraud and never attend customer complaints. I am flipkart plus member but no use.

              I have received different brand of phone... I ordered samsung s9 plus and received realme 5 pro... I have even raised complain to flipkart and my replacement request has been cancelled thrice... I'm not receiving any mail from flipkart and they are not informing me why my replacement request is getting cancelled... I have proof too that flipkart has caused the blunder as there is a different address inside the outer packaging... Inside there is different address... Even on the outer package, flipkart has pasted my address on top of someone else...

                I purchased laptop:
                Asus fx503 core i7 7th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) fx503vd-dm111t gaming laptop on 27 may 2018 with 2 years onsite warranty from flipkart. Order id on flipkart was: od[protected]. It turned out from day one that the laptop has issue with the battery and its getting discharged while powered on and connected but also when it is shut down state. So i complained to asus and subsequently reviewed the purchase on flipkart as it is provided by flipkart to do so with utmost generous words but truthfull and what i faced but instead of publishing the review the flipkart customer care didn't allowed it to be online and instead sent me emails to backdown with that review and not to publish negative feedbacks about the crap laptop which they were selling on their online portal. So beware of flipkart and its customer care as it is helping crook and fraudsters to sell unreliable products at hefty prices to the innocent customers. Help me reach out to consumer care to highlight this cheating as i have faced multiple such issues with flipkart and its vendors. Shame on them.

                when will flipkart stop selling fake and fraud brand like ASUS on its website? ASUS is not respecting its warranty or service contracts and behaving like a total fraudster company so it is worthwhile to observe the actions of flipkart to save its customers from such fraudsters and its reputation too. Or may be flipkart will continue helping inferior quality and crooks companies like ASUS and share the loot with them. Grow up and don't be an ### courier company. I raised many service requests with ASUS in the last one year and none of them were processed or respected in anyway.Even the ceo link for complaints is no use. So why are you helping them and allowing your customers to get looted and also aiding by suppressing truthful facts / reviews about Inferior quality products and fake promises of CUSTOMER CARE from ASUS side.

                  I have place orders on big billion days. Now it has been canceled without informing me. It says they cant deliver it in my area, if they cant deliver it they should have tell this at the time of my order only. My time has been wasted in search of products and they are cancelling orders again and again without consulting me. I have talk to customer care but they were unable solve issue.

                    When ever you are delivering a product you should have some business ethics to follow.

                    You people don't have any mechanism to check is seller delivering a good product..?

                    We are not fools to get the product which is used by you people for sometime and you get new products then you sell this product in name of big-billon sale..

                    Is money your motive or what? There are lot of business to get the money.. Dont waste our time..

                        I had purchased motorola 55 inch tv from flipkart and they assure me that installation will be done at 6th october, and the technician has come at my house he opened the tv and told me that i need to make space in my wall as there was one electric board in my wall, after that he gave me one alternative for not to change the board just purchase one movable stand from him it was 2550 rs but i was not agreed to buy that, he left and told me after i move the board call me i will be there for installation, within half an hour i have moved the board and ask him to come and install the tv but he just wants to know whether i want to buy that movable stand or not, i asked him no and he told me that i am coming after half an hour, but after that he didn't received my call, flipkart guyz again assigned me another technician at 7th october and till date he didnt turn up.

                            Sir/mam
                            I have a complaint regarding the flipkart which is an online sales company.
                            I have many issues with them as a consumer.
                            They have promised me to delever the item by 5/oct/19. Despite knowing all the conscious of late delivery due to big billion sale.
                            But its been 9/ oct/ 2019 and the item hasn't delivered.
                            They cheated me. They said they will deliver it by 5/oct/19 so i ordered it because i needed it as soon as possible.
                            I only ordered because they promised that date, otherwise i wouldn't.
                            Despite this fraud they have done much more things with me.
                            When i paid the paylatter fee late so they terminated my paylatter sirvice forever.
                            And the only resion i paid it late is because they charged me with heavy late payment fee.
                            And now i have paid each and every rupees of them but still they blocked pay latter sirvice.
                            All proofs have been attached with this complaint as screenshot.

Flipkart has given me paylater facility but from last year they had blocked this facility without any subsequent reason.                                 Hi have ordered vu tv on 29th september. They promised they will deliver by 6th of october. But till now i haven't received my tv.

                                I have raised complaints multiple times. But still no response from either seller or from flipkart customer care service. Each time they increased the date for solving the issue and
                                Said technical team will solve the issue. But no one solved my problem and apart from they disconnected my call. Nothing they have updated on tracking details. Still its on ordered status.

                                I have spent such amount and these guys are irritating without proper resolution. I don't know what they are doing these many days. With the name of these big billion sales they are fooling people. Again they are planning for diwali sale. I don't know how they are planning that with out solving existing issues.

                                Am hiring lawyer to sue flipkart for harrassing people in tha name of these sales.

                                  I put order for the chair on 29/09/2019 along with other 2 items. On 4/09/19 when i received the two products they were of poor quality. So, i decided to return the products and cancel order for the chair. But flipkart said that solid wood desk chair can not be returned as it is delivered. All the three items of the order would be cancelled if i cancel one item. After 10 minutes i deceded to cancel the item anyway. However they refused to cancel the item saying my order is more than 24 hours old. They are not allowing me to cancel any of the two items.
                                  Please do not force these products upon me.

                                    I've place order on 3rd oct one poco f1 phone made payment using debit card. Today 9th oct being waiting for 6 days now and they have not shipped. Why is flipkart delaying shipping? 6 days is too much. Even amazon can deliver products in 7 days. Please ship fast, else i'll be cancelling my order. Very bad experience.                                       On 1st october i ordered an oppo k1 for my father. On arrived on 6 th of october. I was low on cash soni requested to pay by card, but the agent refused and took parcel. Next two days he didn't came to my house and delivered fake delivery attempt to flipkart. Today he stated that i have rejected my order and order is cancelled without my knowledge. He made a fake attempt on midnight 1:34 am. Delivery agent no is. +[protected]. Flipkart isn't helping me and stating that the order is cancelled we can't help anymore.

                                        I had order arona check-in luggage - 30 inch (Blue) on sat, aug 10th '19. As the bag was big so i have requested for return the product.
                                        From that day to today (9th oct'2019). Every day i am trying to return the product, but the return is getting denied.
                                        Evert time i am new new issue, that the wish master denied to pick up the order, or they don’t have proper vehicle. And after that they are cancelling the pick up.
                                        And after the cancellation whenever i am trying to reinitiate the return they have the same question, why did you buy the product, why you want to return it. They keep forcing me to cancel the return.
                                        These people need to understand our problem. Till now no proper action have been taken. Request you to resolve this issue.

                                        there were no steps taken by the company, they still have not returned the product. They just keep mentioning that the product can't be taken as they don't have enough space for shipping it back. Pathetic experience. After this, I stopped buying things from Flipkart.

                                        Customer raised a complaint regarding the return of the product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller shall not be able to accommodate customer request for the return of the product as the product delivered is the same as ordered. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
