Phone problem:
I purchased oppo f11 pro mobile from flipkart,
And after just one day o[censored]se i find front camera is faulty,
After switching to front camera it start and shows main camera on screen instead front,
So initially i thought it's a software bug,
So i did reset camera settings, soft format, hard format and every time camera works for half and hour and failed again.
Replacement issue with flipkart:
So i placed replacement request on flip kart,
First they called me on my phone and told me to do server setting related stuff which was not worked for me (And which was i already tried before their call), then they arranged technician visit to check phone.
Technician 1st visit:
So technician visited on the same day and again he did hard reset and cancelled my return request,
Even after i told him that after some time camera will stop work,
And just after 20 min it failed.
So again i placed return request and flipkart again arranged 2nd technician visit.
Technician 2nd visit:
Technician visited again on next day, and again he did hard reset :),
And he was there when camera failed again so he took video and photo as a proof and send that video to his organisation,
And they suggested to check software update,
Which i already did, but on that same day new update was released which was about (2.5 gb), so technician again cancelled return request and told me to check after update over wifi.
Now i just updated phone at my home and it's still not working.
Flipkart is very slow to provide quick solution, i'm really frustrated because of all this.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We will reevret on it.
I recieved the delivery on oct23rd, 2020. The box just had the airpods box and nothing else.
Someone from flipkart or the delivery agent has stolen the product and delivered it to me.
There is no replacement made or money refunded.
It has been 14 days since the concern is raised.
The seller without checking any information rejected the replacement request raised on 24th oct, 2020.
I have raised a new request again immediatly. Since then i only received a mail asking for my consent to raise the fir but nothing is being done. The customer help desk agents and the seniors in the escalation team give the dumbest response to wait till 8th November, 2020 for "resolution".
There is not a single call received from flipkart team till now.
There is zero progress made. There is no proof that fir is registered after i gave consent.
Past days i have to call up flipkart daily only to listen to wait till 8th November, nothing except that.
I am really frustrated facing this
