[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mental harassment and misleading

It's been 15 days Flipkart isn't resolving my issue
I have very small kid still I am keep giving 3 to 4 hour daily to talk to customer care representative
Nowadays I am getting extreme high headache due to same
Kindly resolve my issue
Else FIR is the only options

So you won't take it return
Kindly show me in policy where it is written
It's your duty to send correct product
We don't have money for wasting
And great way to do fraud

Flipkart has started doing this now. They send the same " unusually HIGH number of returns" to people several times. Even when we have just returned ONE item 3 years back and been a genuine customer for a long time. I had ordered expensive samsung monitor and logitech gaming mouse, they don't investigate the issue and make false reasons to block account. IF your fraud system had detected and blocked account why not do it before we place any other order.
Instead you block our account after we raise a genuine refund request.
I have received an empty package worth 10, 999 and still no resolution.
Fraud company then making positive customer stories on their blog and twiiter.
Shame on the largest india owned marketplace. No wonder why amazon supersedes in quality.
