This is Anupriya Sao, I placed an order for an iPhone 14 Plus on Flipkart, and despite the expected delivery date being 14th October, I have yet to receive the product.
I have made numerous attempts to contact customer care, but unfortunately, they have not been helpful. Instead, they have provided the following responses: given by customer care name which I want to highlight:
Nikita, Athish, Mohommad, Babali, Sweety and Shruti(Senior executive from escalation team)
1. They have refused to cancel the order.
2. They are unable to transfer my call to the escalation team or a senior representative, as they claim they are currently busy and unavailable. They have advised me to call back at a later time.
3. Despite raising multiple concerns, the customer care team has closed the case without resolving the issue, marking it as solved.
I made the payment for the order using my credit card, and the bill has already been generated. However, I have not received the product, and I am still required to pay the full amount.
As a loyal Flipkart Plus customer, I am deeply disappointed and consider this situation to be a significant scam and fraud committed by both the seller, TrueComRetail, and Flipkart.
Please address this matter urgently and provide a resolution.
